Taryn was AMAZING!!!! We initially came in to add a line, but Taryn was so helpful, she ended up finding us discounts and promos! We bundled so much we didn’t even know we could! We’re now saving hundreds of dollars.
Taryn was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and professional. If I have any Verizon needs, I’m going to her!

Great customer service! Both Ari and Taryn helped me with my upgrade. They understood the needs I have with having a second line on my phone from my business. I highly recommend this location. Friendly, knowledgeable and quick service. They are both very friendly and so nice to work with.

I couldn't be any more happier with the customer service with this store. I had a complicated issue, with my account. They were a life saver for me. I talked with 3 different people, one being the manager, and 2 others Taryn and a girl she was training i believe. They all deserve a raise in pay. They represent Verizon properly. I felt comfortable, that my personal important information, was not compromised one bit. This store is exactly what I was hopeing for and a life saver. So the highest score for a review is 5, my review score is 10 for this store.

Wish I could rather them 0. They don’t care about you less your either starting a new plan, adding to a new line or buying accessories. If it’s not for that, they are “offline”. Please message me for more proof, they have done this multiple times. To me and others. This negative feedback is also backed by our local page for the neighborhood. Avoid this location.

Came in around a year ago to upgrade my phone because they had a really good promotion going on for the model I wanted. Upgraded and paid off everything right there and then. 1 month ago I switched to ATT and I’m hit with a 500 dollar bill. Turns out the staff didn’t pay off my new line they just rolled it into credits towards my bills. I am now stuck with a 500 dollar bill due to the incompetence and laziness of the staff. Verizon customer support was no help on the matter neither. Even with receipts it seems I am SOL. I will never step foot in another Verizon store or do business with them ever again due to this.

Alba the customer service representative for Verizon, Lake Tapps, WA gave me real good training for several issues and techniques on blocking calls on my Samsung cell phone. She is patient and instructive.
