Jacob (from Verizon at Auburn Outlet Mall) has the best customer service I’ve ever had from any of the Verizon store employees or online representatives, or anywhere else. He was knowledgeable, helpful and fair. I appreciate the unsurpassed service He provided. You don’t find genuine people much anymore and Jacob was. I will tell everyone I know to work directly with him!

My phone stopped working and been frustrated with this all day and visited the Auburn outlet store and Jacob helped get my phone working super fast. Definitely recommend my friends and family to go see Jacob for anything Verizon.

Avoid this place!!! Came in to just ask about an upgrade, and they changed my plan and added new services without my consent. Only found out after I left and started receiving text messages about a new plan. N7

There is a fraudulent scheme at work here, you open a line and add a line that you did not order, then you cannot get justice and you receive a white one that is many times larger than what was promised to you, so please avoid this store, it is a poor job and the people who work there are not bona fide I am preparing a lawsuit for fraud.
