If you want good professional service, stop by Valley GMC, LLC. You will not be disappointed. My car was in a body shop having repairs done and it took them 39 days to get it back to me. When they did, my battery was completely dead. I made it to the shop just before closing and they swapped out batteries, reset my tire sensors and I was on my way! Thanks for all the hard work!

I ordered my 2024 GMC Sierra EV Denali Edition 1 from Valley GMC back in October 2022. Over the next 2 years, I would pester them with updates about the truck that I would hear on the forums. They would always humor me and reach out to GM to see about the updates. They were great throughout the whole process. Then as the trucks started to be ordered, again I pestered and again they got me the info and quickly got my order in. We continued this dance all the way until the truck was in transit. I was expecting my truck to arrive in the fall or the end of the year. Well, I was wrong, it showed up the first week of August. The got it in, inspected, prepped and completed pick up with me in the same day. That just happened to be a big day. That was the first retail delivery in the world for that truck. I had a great experience with Valley GMC. I literally just bought a 2024 GMC Denali Sierra 3 weeks ago at Seaview GMC. Rena and her team reached out to me to inform me of the new arrival of the EV Sierra truck. I was curious and drove down to take a look. Before you know it, I traded in my new truck for this bad boy! Since writing my original 3 star review based on one interaction in the past with a salesperson (not Justin)I have actually bought two cars here. The best experience I have had at a dealership was dealing with Justin. He is extremely professional, responsive, knowledgeable and he will work to make sure you end up in a car/truck you want for a fair price. I’d highly recommend visiting Auburn Valley GMC, and if you do, ask for Justin. I will recommend him to friends and family in the future.
