Visited for Reefer repair. Good diagnosis. Billed fairly. Service writer Daniel Collin’s attended to billing issues and fairly resolved issues to my (customer’s) satisfaction. Mechanic - Alex patiently explained the diagnosis and way ahead. Good team. Happy to be here. Best Wishes to Utility Trailer team.

These guys are awesome. Even all the ladies working behind the desk show a we care and can attitude. They are super friendly and very helpful. They repaired my trailer however I had found faults in the system. The reefer system unknowingly would shut down. When I mentioned this to them they immediately took the trailer inside to do a further investigation and diagnostic testing. Hopefully I can get rolling today. They had to change the PCM module. The owner should be proud of having such a wonderful, talented team of professionals. Thanks.

I have gotten consistently solid service from Utility on multiple projects. Not only do they deliver consistent products, Utility provides top notch service. When they received a curtain for one of our job with a manufacturing error, they remedied it at no cost to us and hustled through the whole process. Five plus years and they've always had our back. Their complete shop and fabrication capacity is top notch. These folks understand the work and get it done right, I cannot recommend them enough!

Had an issue with my reefer unit on my trailer. Thought it was a simple update and turned out to be the microprocessor was dead. Alex got right on it and had me back up and running in a few hours. He was an awesome mechanic and very knowledgeable. I was treated with respect and kept informed throughout the whole repair process. If I'm ever in Washington again and have issues with my trailer I will definitely be coming back here. Y'all keep up the good work and give Alex a raise. He deserves it.

I came in to get some emergency work done on my trailer, Jessica & Desiree worked me in & helped me get going fast. They are both super sweet & a pleasure to deal with. The tech was awesome too. I'll come back for sure!

I give - 0 stars for the stupidity of this dealer. I called this dealer I give - 0 stars for the stupidity of this dealer. I called this dealer on 02/21. Appointed app on 02/24 In the morning, because I was driving in that direction and had an unloading on Wednesday night. When I arrived the next morning, I had an alimation done. They just stupidly told me that I didn't have an app for them. But later I was told that I had an app on Wednesday and in Richland, WA. It's over 200 miles from where I've come.

I'm a Wisconsin trucker, it had been raining in northern Washington for the last 2 days, then I found 2 previous roof patches leaking on my trailer, Googled Trailer repairs near me, and Utility Trailer Sales of Washington came up, called them and a very friendly voice picked up the phone, spoke with Kelly D at their Mt Vernon Washington shop, and she got me into the shop forthwith, got it fixed right and fast at a reasonable price , met miss Kelly D while paying the invoice, and she's even more pleasant in person , very pretty and professional. I most definitely recommend this fine establishment. #truth
