Sent a very important legal letter on October 5th Thursday to be delivered next day instead they delivered next week Tuesday, talked to the store manager about my refund $98 with absolutely no luck for any refund. Stay away, use FedEx or similar. Also the courier for UPS put a note i their database that stated “business was closed” that is why he/she couldn’t deliver but that is a lie because it’s a residential address not a business and we had door bell camera that did not see anyone delivering anything!

Miss Daniel on duty 10/24/23, hung up on me when I asked her to have her manager call me. I had to call back and she said I got your name and number from the call. I said but you just hang up on me and didn’t tell me anything after my request for a manager!!!

Not all UPS stores are the same with different policies. I had an Amazon return and the staff here rudely told me that they will charge $3.00 just to print a standard prepaid UPS label. I have been to the Puyallup UPS store many times and never once did they charge me to print a UPS label. It was quite clear from the rudeness in tone of the staff that they were probably overworked and underpaid or something because there was a long line and only one person was at the counter while three staff members were just idling and chatting.Avoid this UPS store.

They rejected my Amazon return because I didn’t know I had to pack it. Luckily I had the box; however, despite the obvious misunderstanding, the owners wife REFUSED to give any tape to tape the box. I went to Windermere office right next door and the RECEPTIONIST, who I was giving NO business to, gracefully helped me so I didn’t have to buy tape from the USPS. What a greedy racket, having tape for sale and not providing A SINGLE piece for an Amazon return. I understand so much better knowing that the woman was part owner. Good luck with your tape profit margins!

Make sure you bring your own tape because if you need even a small strip for your preboxed Amazon return, they will not provide tape OF ANY KIND AND SIZE. The woman at the register turns out to be part owner and that's why they want everyone to buy overpriced tape. Greedy and rude.

The workers are always very helpful and nice. There is a long wait but its worth waiting in a longer line and getting stuff done correctly the first time

The people are friendly, but they lose packages for days on end. Their staff is constantly turning over amd service is at a snails pace.

Shoutout to employee #116817 (according to my receipt, I apologize I didn't get their name) but they were very patient and helpful in shipping our flowers next day air.

Erica is awesome. She saved me so much time by notarizing my paperwork when I walked in. Other places required appointments that I needed to wait days and days for. She made my day and was very nice and friendly

This has been my go to spot for all my shipping, packing and Amazong return needs. Last week I came in to return a small Amazon package. I was told the top of the package needed tape and it would be $1.60 to tape it up. So my free Amazon return ended up costing $1.60 for a single strip of tape. I should have just taken the item out of the box and handed it to them but then I was worried I would be charged for a box and tape. Seems silly and petty to charge customers for a single strip of tape that should be free with a free Amazon return.

Although I could not drop off my USPS packages, the girl I spoke with ( 5/3/22 @ 9:10 am) was very kind and helpful. This is a policy that differs from store to store and I get it. I appreciate the quality customer service at this location. 10/10 recommend.

Just know that even though the usps mail carriers do pickup letters from this location, and even if you do regularly purchase from this UPS shop, they will not take usps prepaid packages unless you have a P.O. Box with them. I’ve never had this issue at other ups stores and it’s incredibly frustrating especially when I’m shipping five ups packages and just one usps. They claim it’s because they’re worried about packages getting lost and they can’t scan them, and it’s their store and they can do what they want, but couldn’t they just say that and still take the packages? I’ll be taking all my packages (UPS included) to the Sumner Postal Shipping & Service from now on as they take all packages and are much more customer service oriented. Also, interesting that they won’t take prepaid and say they can’t scan your packages, but apparently you can ship via usps as long as it’s not prepaid…
