Rude. Not welcoming. So upsetting that they don’t care about giving good customer service.
Stylist: The male working didn’t give me his name. He’s so rude and the other employees didn’t seem to care one bit.

I have been coming to Danny for years and just love the work he dose. Over the years I've been to different places and about 17 years ago I found Danny and would never go to any other places. He dose amazing job on my nails, spend so much time on them. Thank you Danny I really appreciate the nice work. One of the other great thing is that its very clean.Ty Satina ? ??

I went in for my fill and had Danny for the first time and he was great! Length and shape were perfect and look very natural. Definitely will see him again! Also Amy did my pedicure and she was great as always!

I love this salon! They always get you in and will happily stay late if your service runs over time. Everyone does a great job and my nails always look beautiful! They are all very kind too, and treat everyone the same which is not always the case at other salons. Check them out for your next beauty service, you’ll be glad you did!

I have been getting my nails done here for years. They are great people and mostly do a good job! There's some newer people occasionally who don't do quality work like the people who have been there longer, but that is to be expected if they're still learning. I would definitely recommend this place for your nails!

I got my lashes done here & the lady who did it seemed like she didn't know what she was doing. She continuously opened one eye to stick the lash on my lashes & was pinching my eyelids. I asked her to stop & she kept trying to attach the lash to my actual lashes. My experience was horrible. I asked her for hybrid & if she could make my lashes THICK, it came out the complete opposite & she still charged me full price. UPDATE! 5 days later, my eyes have been so irritated. I can feel the glue on my lashes. I want to take these off

I love the service of Danny 3 other place had told me No and when I came to this place called Universal Nail in Aburn Danny welcome with a big smile I know it was time to close but he said Yes and that made my day lOVE Danny he is the greatest person ❤️
