Sam and his mover were professional and efficient. They worked hard transitioning my belongings from my apartment, then a storage unit, as I transitioned to a different location of town. My sibling had delicate medical equipment that was part of the moving process and they handled it with care and knowledge. They worked very hard from 10:00am until late in the evening. They did not complain and was extremely diligent in their work ethic. I have used Sam and his crew twice so far, and will continue to use them for future endeavors. Excellent work, excellent services, competitive pricing, competent and excellent customer service. Thank you.

It's been 6 years (to the day, thanks Facebook reminder, lol) and I wanted to leave a review because our experience was so positive!! These people were the BEST!!!!! We can't sing their praises loud enough! :) Anyone who is moving, please call Sam! This was the favorite part of our move, because these people were so great!! They were super human strong (not at all exaggerating), professional, absolutely careful, courteous and filled the time with laughter. So happy we found their ad on Craigslist! We hired three of them to help us load and unload the truck. They have a truck, though we opted for a huge uhaul. :) They got done in way less time than we expected! Thank YOU Sam, Oliver and Deara (spelling?)!!!!!

They were available for next day service and honored my request to stay within the 3 hour minimum. The 2 gentlemen who moved me kept asking if I needed anything else and helped package up items I decided to move at the last minute, as well as put items in my new home exactly where I wanted them.

I'm very happy with the service I received from TS Movers. Out of the eight quotes I got from various moving companies, TS Movers was the lowest. The movers who helped us were friendly and worked quickly, so the move was done in four hours, which was a shorter amount of time than I expected. They even helped to disassemble and re-assemble our two beds, which they did super fast and saved me a ton of time. Exceeded my expectations!

The movers who helped us were friendly and worked quickly, so the move was done in four hours, which was a shorter amount of time than I expected. My first time having help from movers, doing it all by myself, kiddo and cat. They were beyond helpful, respectful, attentive, careful with all of my things worked all day; and I could not be happier. This was such an amazing addition to the moving experience, when sometimes it can be the worst with the wrong help. Above all they were just really great people, thank you Sam and Charles! They showed up exactly on time (actually a few minutes early!) and worked tirelessly the entire day. They were careful movers and nothing got broken. Very competitive price. Would certainly use again.

Bad experience with this business - mover beware!I just had a small one bedroom to one bedroommove in the local area. At first the owner seemednice and he seemed to offer a price that was lowerthan other companies. Sam and his worker showedup with a small hand truck to move my belongings.I should have known something was wrong when Irepeatedly asked him if he had moving equipmentthat could handle a couple of large pieces of furniturebut didn't seem to ever get a straight answer. Becausethe elevators are sometimes filthy from animal wasteI asked Sam to make sure that my items didn't touchthe floor. He seemed to struggle to agree to this andthen he looked around my apartment at what neededto be moved and said he couldn't/wouldn't do the joband walked out. I had everything boxed and not muchfurniture. He knew I had to be out of my residence onthe date of the move and I asked him if he could atleast move all of the boxes but he just kept walking.Overall, I feel this business is very unprofessional (tosay the least) and not equipped to handle a moveefficiently.

$120 for 5 min of work? I used them to move my things into storage and the first movers did a good job. I use this service again and the second movers are late. Unprofessional and wasted time. The final straw was when they purposely started scraping my couch against the storage walls then they acted as if they couldn't walk down the hallway to the door that leads to the main hall with my couch on a push cart. I put all my things back in storage myself and had no problem moving the couch on the cart or anything else which by the way they didn't even bring their own cart so they had to use the public storage cart. I wish I could or would even think about showing up to work so unprepared and unprofessional. Enjoy the $120 cause you won't get another penny from me, and others be warned about using this company. Save yourself and your stuff. The people giving 5 star ratings are the prime that work there.

My husband and I had a horrible experience with this moving company. They messaged me the day before and said they were going to be late to our move, so instead of 9 am it would be 1. It wasn't a huge deal but we had to move around other appointments we had that day. It was raining a bit when they came and they didnt put down any runners on the carpet so i had to scrub that out. I witnessed them break and scratch multiple pieces furniture and their response was "realx. You can get the part at home depot for a few dollars".They dragged our purple mattress on the garage floor. They couldn't take apart a specific table we had ( which is fine. If they couldn't do it I'd rather them say they didn't feel comfortable instead of breaking it). They were very misleading on the price and paper work. I wish i could go back in time and change movers. Spend the extra money on a reliable,loyal,clean and, caring company that will take care of you and your precious belongs because this moving company is NOT it.
