We actually were able to keep our basic schedule and get to our next hotels in time for a good night's sleep each night. The Truck Stop in Auburn, WA is our drop-off point and the folks here are top notch. They are friendly, helpful and professional. I recommend both Penske and this location for their people and quality of services. Also - Having made a few long trips now - I can testify to experiencing a superior ride in Penske trucks and to arriving at my destination relatively refreshed over what happened with other rental brands.”

“The storage unit was clean, large and dry. Only one thing could have made it better. The largest cart to haul very large items has a defective wheel, making it very difficult to use. We tried it once, but gave up after that first time.”

“I had a great experience (not the locked out part)when I accidentally locked my keys in the Uhaul at pick up, the 2 ladies working the Wednesday night shift today helped tremendously with attempting ways to assist. Whilst I needed to call roadside assistance at the end of the day I can't say these ladies didn't try their best to help. Great people helping a crummy situation. Thank you.”
