I love this building, especially with the parking. I feel very welcome, though I have not yet discovered the crochet group or figured out how to organize a karaoke party.

I loved living here! If I didn’t need more space I would have stayed. Office staff and maintenance were always friendly and helpful when needed. Hallways and other areas are clean and I loved the fresh smell throughout the building. The community is also very quiet and I would recommend!

Last year I left a poor review of the Trek apts. I lived there for another year and I have to admit I was wrong in my initial review. Management addressed all of my concerns and took care of any issues I had in a quick manner. The building is clean and staff are friendly and accommodating. I WOULD recommend living here.

After moving last year I found myself having to move again this year and dreaded the process. Trek made my experience wonderful. From the first phone call to the move in process the Management Team made my move easy. I worked with Tammi, Cassandra and Melissa. Their communication with me was excellent. Every email was answered the same day. The day of my move was made easy by being able to park the moving truck in the garage and having two dollies available to use. This small step made the process quicker. By the end of the day I already had my Package service set up with out even having to ask. When I first called I was hesitant about the small size of the apartment but the design was excellent and after moving all my things in it is the perfect size for one person. The apartment is a five minute walk to the transit center which is great for commuting,. Thank your Trek.Stacy

The customer service was extremely poor. Lack of consideration and communication allowed my roommate and I to TREK all the way from Seattle to Downtown Auburn after work for our scheduled appointment ... which was confirmed two hours prior.Upon arrival, no greeting. The person on site looked confused and as we state our appointment time, she tells us that she has "unfortunately" rented out all of the 10 units that were available earlier that morning. So no call to cancel ahead of time? Gas isn't cheap. My time isn't cheap. Why confirm an appointment that you had already known was not going to occur? Not sure why she also mentioned her need to pick up her child therefore she could not show us a tour, oh but we could do it ourselves! It was also a TREK finding the unit. It was a maze for folks who are unfamiliar with the building and hall layout. Unprofessional and a waste of our time, energy, and gas. I'll take it as a blessing in disguise.

Had lived there for a couple of years, nothing really there to complain. People living here are usually very quiet and private to themselves. Very attentive and responsive office staff and crews in general. Very convenient central location for groceries, dining and easy access to 165 and 18 highway. Very well maintained and clean communal areas.

Nice property with a great location. Management sits around miserable and for the most part they’re unapproachable. It’s an inconvenience and looks hard for them get up from their chair while they just sit there texting to retrieve any mail packages. Maintenance guys walk around looking just as miserable. This place is poorly managed, parking is ridiculous and rarely enforced. As long as you’re friends or family of any of the property staff you can park wherever you want. Work orders, forget them. Requested to have an exterior light replaced on the parking structure for safety and security but it was never address or repaired. Previous management was a lot better.

I love living here, I'm going on year 3 and about 1.5 years ago we got a new management team and they are the best. They really care about the residents and maintain the building really well. All the other residences I've interacted with have always been friendly and nice it really is a great environment.

Writing a review after 'Great' customer service, gives back to the business in a special way. How do you give back to a Team of people who gives you their best everyday? A team that is dedicated to making sure your living environment is safe, secure, and enjoyable. The Team at Trek Apartments does this 7 days a week. They are, without question, the most complete team I've had the distinct pleasure of knowing. Living here is fun, relaxed, quiet, clean, safe, and enjoyable. Cassandra, Kaeli, and Dave. Thank you so very much. I know my time is short here, but if you are ever in Glendale, Arizona pay me a visit. Oh, I almost forgot. Check out the new carpet that was just replaced through out the building. Awesome!

Absolutely fell in love with this place the moment we walk in. We first came here thinking we were just gonna check it out but we actually applied for a unit on the spot because we loved it so much. The assistant property manager kaeli made us feel right at home. I love interacting with all the staff, they have all been so great and really feel more like a community then an apartment complex.

The Management Team at Trek is ‘Lights Out Professional!’ Cassandra and Kaeli are magnificent at problem solving. If there is an issue, you can bet on this team to get it resolved. There is one more person at this building that personifies excellence at Trek, and his name is Dave! Dave is the Maintenance Manager and ‘Jack of all Trades’ He’s personable, reliable, and witty, and an overall nice guy! He’ll make you laugh, trust me on that. I’ve come to know this Awesome Team at Trek in the short time I’ve lived here, and I can honestly call them my friends! Boy, am I glad I didn’t move to Sumner. Residing at this building and being around people who honestly care, is what I call home! Thank you all for making my relocation to the Pacific Northwest so easy.
