The older ladies in the pick mod are super toxic. They need constant help and when you help them they still have something to complain about. Please avoid inventorySupervisor is very toxic

If you enjoy being belittled and under constant supervision then this is the job for you. Company doesn't care about employees and they'd rather lose thousands of associates than get rid of Mary who has been hated for at least a decade. Enjoy watching over paid corporate employees leave employee sales with wagons of stuff they could have afforded full price while you the true working force behind the company get the left over scraps. The place is white centric and overbearing. Not worth the pay or the headache.

This place started out good but then the head supervisors don't do anything. I wish I could name the managers and the wack full timers that be on their phones and talk and not work but I don't wanna ruin it for other people that work here. Out of all the group that I started out with which was 6 or so , I was the only one that stayed to show them I cared but I guess that wasn't't enough. They are bad with being organized and they don't care about no one but themselves so I don't think this is the job to start at.

Pay is descent but they have temporary services hire you for a job, then right after you start will move you to other departments right away. False advertisement. Hiring paperwork never stated I would be moving to different departments. Supervisor at TBG said returns department made more but was making same as other departments. They have a board to tell you where to go but information is rarely updated so you go to wrong departments and they get annoyed. Returns is the worst department. The supervisor doesn't tell you upfront what is expected of you. She will just have you fold boxes and say it is cross training and move pallets and move you around if she doesn't want you there or say you move to fast to try and get you to do faster jobs no one else wants to do. She tried to get me to do a job in less than 6 hours that was suppose to take a full 8 to 9 hour shift. I caught on and made sure to not go faster cause she was trying to run some game and I didn't finish it on purpose. You can see all her emotions in her face that tell it all. If you turn in two weeks notice or say a department isn't a good fit they will just let you go cause they are cry babies. Any smart employer would move you or let you help out until you start your other job. Since I was there I seen they are very short staffed for all the work. They have some lady who yells at people for leaving voice messages on wrong line.

Very informed information. Everyone was very nice and paitient. My overall experience was that I know I can succeed here due to trainer because she made me feel that I can do anything.

Great people for shipping only, the security guard is professional and caring Mr. Pete. They got 2 check in place one is for receiver and the other is for shipping. Across each other. Go to the security guard inside the building a long way inn. He will tell you dock no, than back in, than go back to security guard. Hopefully the shipper would have gone there by now. By their microwave you can see that they want their employees to have lunch on time.

I’m so disappointed in this place I wish I couldn’t rate this place any stars.. I will no longer be working for them! Working here is like a prison.. If your a color person just know all eyes will be on you, the supervisor “Mary” is so disrespectful and she treats everyone that’s not white like trash... I’ve never witness anything like this. “MARY” is so rude she literally picked on me for no reason to get me out of there, I honestly didn’t understand it... I believe she is racist and I’m not just saying that because I’m a black woman, I say that because the way I was getting treated was so unacceptable and I couldn’t think of why I was getting treated that way but I figured it out. I had a friend that worked there right after me and she only lasted 3 days and “Mary” of course was the one who was involved in her situation. If your planning on working for tommy Bahamas just be aware of what your getting yourself into. They are super strict and it’s kinda like a school because all them damn bells.. other than that the work is super easy & it’s cold.. good luck..
