“We randomly came to this tire shop after a flat. Service was amazing- I didn’t catch the guys name but he went out of his way to help us replace the old tire. Ordered the new one and promised 1 day delivery whereas when we called Les Schwab next door told us it would take 5 days.His kindness and speediness made me write a review. Honestly deserves all the business. What a guy.”
“Best car repair place. My "go to " shop. Honest - had a rare problem needing special Volkswagen tools to fully diagnose, so no charge! Quality: I've never gotten rotors from other shops for my 2012 Honda Odyssey that didn't warp after $12k miles until now (on my 4th set). They said they avoid the cheap ones and these are holding up beautifully.”

“Compared to a lot of places you can deliver to in auburn Kent Seattle area this is a breeze... You can do a sloppy blindside and then turn that into a sightside.. professional unloading crew and really organized warehouse... I can tell just from the unloading crew (shipping/receiving) this is a truly professional environment and if I had any rig of any kind up here and had a tire problem I would come here for service. No complaints here drivers.. you will be okay here!”

“My boyfriend Matt and I have been coming here for a long time.Theres not a question Luis cannot answer about tires or cars. In the off chance he doesnt know something, he knows someone who does, or has a good recommendation of where to go to get your questions answered or problems resolved. He is about as SOLID as they come. They are also SUPER FAST, which is priceless, because TIME IS MONEY! I met them when they first opened their shop, and it has been so wonderful to watch it grow into the successful business it is today. Everybody there is knowledgeable and they do their work with integrity. They treat their customers like family, with respect, honesty, and understanding. If you are in a bind, they will do their best to accomodate your needs. They DON'T OVERCHARGE or SCAM. They are a wonderful crew and I would, and do recommend them to anyone for anything automotive.
