“I've always had good experiences working with Les Schwab. Their free tire repair, well priced tire options, and warranties keep me coming back.
This experience was nothing short of Customer Service at it's best! My car had a damaged tire and I needed it replaced before my road trip over the Labor Day weekend. I went in thinking they would order the tire and next week I would get it installed. No, they got it in by 11:00 am and by Noon me and my car were out of there.
Peter, Parker, Mary, and Kellen (the manager) took very good care of me. They gave me options and advice on how to best handle my situation. I have hope that the spirit of Customer is still alive and well, at least in this Les Schwab location. For that, I am truly Grateful!”

Quality: I've never gotten rotors from other shops for my 2012 Honda Odyssey that didn't warp after $12k miles until now (on my 4th set). “My boyfriend Matt and I have been coming here for a long time.Theres not a question Luis cannot answer about tires or cars. In the off chance he doesnt know something, he knows someone who does, or has a good recommendation of where to go to get your questions answered or problems resolved. He is about as SOLID as they come. They are also SUPER FAST, which is priceless, because TIME IS MONEY! I met them when they first opened their shop, and it has been so wonderful to watch it grow into the successful business it is today. Everybody there is knowledgeable and they do their work with integrity. They treat their customers like family, with respect, honesty, and understanding. If you are in a bind, they will do their best to accomodate your needs. They DON'T OVERCHARGE or SCAM. They are a wonderful crew and I would, and do recommend them to anyone for anything automotive.
