I love taking our pets (we have 1 dog a Husky and 1 cat a Seal Point Siamese).
Tiki Tails has always been professional in taking wonderful care of our pets with having a positive attitude, gentle care, with very little wait time, whether to get their services and completion of those services, friendly greetings everytime we enter, Michael is one of the owners and he has always been polite, courteous, friendly, they have a seating area to wait for your pets, and various supplies, pet toys, and a variety of different snacks too. You're able to view your pets, as well. Tiki Tails will take excellent care of your pets whether you have a dog or cat. Tiki Tails is a place where I not only feel comfortable with taking care of my 4 legged family members, but I fully trust them and appreciate their sevices.

Finally found a place for our dogs to get groomed with loving dog people they took care of our Mickey so well with his haircut he looks like a gentleman dog great job and great prices thank you see u gals soon!

These guys are great. There is a few week wait for them to groom your dog, but they also have a self service option that'd available right away. They also clean the station you use when you're done (though I did try to tidy up a bit before leaving so they didn't have to clean so much).
Unfortunately, my dog has never had a bath (that I know of, he's adopted) and was not pleased during the process. The ladies there did give me a hand and some tips on how to get him through the bath, what products to use and so on. I'm definitely coming back next time he needs a bath.

called in for a nail trim very close to the cut off time for the day & I got the answering machine. we had never been there before & so I left a message & they called me back within a very short time, giving me enough time to still make it there for the nail trim. they were awesome enough to give us an extra hour of grace "after" their cut off time so we could make it in for the nail trim. my dog is a sweetheart but gets pretty nervous when getting groomed or examined, which is odd bc my last dog couldn't wait to get into the chaos of grooming/examination & didnt look back once I handed her off. the groomer was GREAT & gave me the option of helping if it would help my dog to be less nervous.
she left it totally up to me. I opted to not help & the groomer "nailed" it.. ?
my experience was AWESOME!! I highly recommend this place with its friendly, caring, thoughtful staff who put a smile on both mine & my dogs faces!! THANK YOU!!

I've taken my various pets here over the years. The owners, Mike and Michelle are really kind people that care about animals a lot. I think the price is fair and the service is really good!
