The worst 15 months in an apartment. They do not care about anything but your money. They will make you park a block and a half away (and make you pay nearly $200 to do so), and won’t even tell you when they are notified by police that your car is broken into due to their negligence when it comes to safety for resident’s vehicle’s. Also, when you move out, they will charge you $500+ for “cleaning & maintenance” even when you deep clean before leaving, so don’t bother. You’re better off living in a box on Main Street rather than giving the Verge your money. 0/10 don’t do it.

Another greedy Apartment Corporation. I was a tenant for 12 months, with 15 month contract. I moved at 12 months, after buying my home, with an understanding, from the front office(Emma) that I will keep paying my apartment until my lease was up. Upon my move-out, I was then notified by the front desk that they can no longer communicate with me, even though I continue paying my rent at my empty apartment, that they sent account to a collections agency. I was not, nor ever was, told that my account will go to a debt/collections agency with my 2 months of communicating with the front desk about my anticipated move out. So now having to deal with a debt collector, spending an extra $5,000+, and affecting, now, my credit due to this unethical management. Oh! And they started renting my apartment again, because upon my moving out “we wouldn’t charge you rent and have someone move in and charge them, they will just simply take over your remaining months” but guess what?!Now I’m being charged for that remaining months, while they charge another unfortunate individual who moved into this decrepit building. Don’t walk away from this place, RUN.
All they care about is paying your rent. I moved in when the front desk actually cared about tenants(Elizabeth was fantastic) but I was originally going to find a new apartment due to the decline in building customer service. With tenants leaving their dog poop, cigarettes butts, multiple garage break in(with cars getting broken into) then stating “can’t release security footage”. , and multiple trash in and outside of the building. I would honestly seek better places to call home than this place.
The only people who are actually ethical and professionals are the Maintenance team and Rebecca.

My experiences with the property management staff have redefined how I evaluate apartments. They have set a high standard with their exceptional customer and community service. Whether it's promptly addressing requests or organizing community events, they consistently go above and beyond to ensure residents are happy and satisfied.

Lived here for about a year. I will be very transparent in my review for anyone looking to move here. The pros is that the apartments are very nice and the facilities, for the most part parking isn’t bad but it can be and facilities does an AMAZING job! Whenever we had something we needed them for they would be super helpful and had great communication on before and after.
Cons:
-The train is very loud, if you can’t sleep with noise don’t stay here.
- All the amenities, are great but didn’t use all of them and the ones that I did I had to use we paid for.
-A lot of fine details in your contract, that is the thing for most contracts but they will charge you for a lot of things so be careful.
-Smells like pee all around, no pet area.

I love Elizabeth and Rebecca. They have made me truly feel at home at the Verge. It was because of the tour that Elizabeth gave me that I decided that I want to live here. Elizabeth is the perfect person with her smile and knowledge to give tours of the Verge. They are both great! It's because of them working here that I know that I made the right decision to live here.

Elizabeth and Rebecca are the most amazing office staff! They always make you feel welcome, check how your day is going and are there to take care of any residential needs. I love that I can call them with any questions about the city, living in the building or just good advice for a place to grab food nearby. I really appreciate them and all they do!

To rent here they ask you for your bank log in information. That’s a major red flag.

I am disappointed to be writing this review because while living here, we had a reasonable living experience. But the way things wrapped up upon move-out in September was completely unexpected. This definitely soured our experience. We understood that we’d forfeit a portion of our deposit upon leaving. But we did not expect that management would replace the carpet in one bedroom and charge us when our dog barely ever spent time on it. At most, a thorough carpet cleaning and removal of pet fur would have been sufficient. Instead, we got slapped with a $770 carpet replacement bill. What is the point of a monthly pet fee if you’re going to charge your residents for an unjustified service? We should’ve taken photos before leaving to properly dispute this in small claims court. Future residents with pets, take note. Take pictures of everything.Pros:- Newer building- In-house pet washing area- Parking available inside the building (at cost)- Hosted events by building staff- Mail room and lockers for packages, never lost a packageCons- Lots of train noise due to being walking distance from train station- Trash chute often required servicing- Hallways on our floor smelled of cigarette smoke/marijuana despite management policy of no smoking- Hefty move out fees- Expensive to live here, rent is unreasonably high (this was a short-term convenient option due to work commute, not a long-term option for us)- No dedicated pet relief area- Frequent police presence inside and outside the building, likely due domestic violence/area crime- No air conditioning provided, must install own portable AC with hose to existing infrastructureEdit: No one from the office reached out to me.

The Team here is STELLAR! They're kind, welcoming, and VERY friendly. If you want to live where you feel a sense of belonging, I recommend touring the community and experiencing it yourself. Additionally, the Maintenance is GREAT; it gives me peace of mind knowing that any issues I might encounter will be swiftly resolved.

Outstanding customer service! Elizabeth Chavez is super professional and kind! She explained all procedures to complete the lease process and walked through the property with my family and i showing us all amenities. We are from Miami just moved in WA state! We are super happy and grateful to have this experience with her during our tour at The Verge Auburn WA.

I wonder how many more people will quit before upper management realizes that Gabby is the issue.

We love Elizabeth! We genuinely look forward to seeing her and are disappointed anytime she isn’t in the office. She’s always so kind and personable plus willing to help with anything we need. She’s amazing!!!
