Amazing hospitality! The staff here is amazing! They understood it was urgent to get my little girl back as quick as they could ( as me and my husband are truck drivers). Katlyn (the receptionist) went beyond her duties to make sure we were able to get my little girl back! Now my little girl will ALAWAYS be with us wherever we go! Thank you Pet Loss Center of Seattle!

They take the time to take care of your pet with care, and compassion. Nicest group of people I've met since I moved to this area!

No words can describe the way we were treated. It was like they were just as invested as we were in our fur babies. Very respectful.

People who love animals, to us dogs are not just dogs/pets, they are our companions, best friend, furry children, family members, who take up a big, huge part in our hearts. Loosing our pets is hard enough, so to come across a company that not only understands your pain but actually cares, its rare. My dog Kelso was my baby, my heart, my best friend. He was 8 and I thought i had many more years with him. And then in the blink of an eye, in the space of just 24 hours we went from happy to destroyed with grief because my dog died of Cancer that none of his vet appointments (which were very frequent) have caught. Woke up in the morning and by 3pm i was on the floor crying me eyes out because my Kelso was gone. Vet told me it will be 3 weeks before i get his ashes back. I was depressed. My family and my young child were depressed. My little dog was looking everywhere for our big pup Kelso. He died Tuesday. Wednesday morning i couldnt stop thinking about Kelso's cold body laying in cold freezer somewhere i was in so much pain, i wanted him home, back home with us. I looked up paperwork and saw that Pet Loss Center was handling our cremation and i called them. Ken answered. One of the most compassionate human beings ive ever met, I am so thankful it was his team the hospital had a contract with. He listened to my pain, my sobs, helped me over the phone, assured me that his team will not take 3 weeks and he will call me early next week Monday/Tuesday. But only 1 day later early Friday morning, he called me and told me he shifted things around and made sure to get my Kelso ready for us. I was so thankful i could've hugged him over the phone. I THANK YOU KEN! You are a kind human being and this world needs more compassionate people like you. I got a beautiful package with my Kelso's ashes in a Chery Wood Box, his Paw Print in Clay and Ink, Beautiful Poems which i framed. I am thankful to them and i will recommend them anytime.

I would like to say how grateful I am for the pet loss center of Seattle. Although we had this loss with our cat Aaliyah, Ken made us feel comfortable and assured that our cat was in good hands. He provided excellent customer service and we will for always be grateful for helping us through this tough time.

Giving 5 stars for their very thoughtful customer service. They also told me they would communicate with AMC of Seattle on the miscommunication (that had occurred with me). They went the extra mile in talking with me after and seeing if there was anything they could do. I had initially told them no, but they offered to send me the collage blanket with pictures of my dog. I received it today and it's really beautiful and well done, very thoughtful of them to do that for me.

Tiger had been a part of our family for 18 years. His last day he enjoyed the sun and was on my lap till the end. Pet Loss Center, was very helpful with the closure of his life. The nose print, hair clipping, and paw print in ink and clay will be helpful to remember him with joy in our heart. I cant express how much we appreciate all that you did for us and our beloved Tiger. Thankyou, and I recommend that people come to you directly.

There are no words to help in this situation, the hurt is too great. I am vet tech and have been working in the field for almost 20 years. I have helped thousands of people through this process and have made hundreds of paw prints; none of which helped to prepare me for my own. I am absolutely gutted and devastated that I had to make that final decision with my sweet girl Pickles the best dog in the world. I was involved with every aspect of her care from the time I got her at 8 weeks to the day I had to let her go; she was always with me. A rarity that we weren't together. She went to work with me daily, I planned my life around her; the odd times I did leave her she was with her best friends. Only once did I leave her at a boarding facility at a vet when she needed a little extra care and attention. With the pet loss center I was able to be with her to the absolute end. And I cannot thank them enough for the care and attention that both Jeremy and Ashley gave to her and myself. They helped ease the pain knowing that she would be so well cared for. I was barley able to speak and they were just amazing. They gave me as much time as I needed in their viewing room, they never rushed me and helped so much with helping me get two sets of everything so her "birth dad" could have a bit of her too. They were able to help me get her back the same day. Life will never be the same, such a huge hole that a tiny body leaves behind. I miss her. You all have a tough job, but it is done with so much grace and love, thank you so much. Thank you for helping with this. You are appreciated beyond words.

Words can't express our gratitude for finding the pet loss center. Jeremy, was so responsive to all our questions and concerns. He was so caring and thoughtful and provided us a dignified private cremation for our sweet girl Maddy. We received her beautiful urn with her paw print and special keepsakes items. We also received a meaning book. The pet loss center is a beautiful clean facility. We are so grateful for their services durning this tough time.

We just lost our beautiful boy Rocky to osteosarcoma. I had spoken to Jeremy in advance (knowing that the time was coming). He explained all of our options and then when the time came, he was there to pick Rocky up (170lb Mastiff) from our home. Rocky’s remains were returned quickly and presented beautifully. The paw and nose prints will stay with us forever. I can’t thank Jeremy and The Pet Loss Center enough for making such an awful time a bit less painful. When these terribly sad times come upon us again, I won’t hesitate to use them. Thanks, guys, from the bottom of our hearts!

On Wednesday January 9th 2019 we said goodbye to our 12 yr old Lab, Tucker. We said goodbye to him in our home. It was a very hard and sad time for us. The staff at Pet Loss Center made it a bit easier. Jeremy answered all my questions and took such good care of me over the phone. Cameron was incredible as he was so calming, so comforting. He arrived at our house within minutes of the vet. He stayed to the side during the sad event. Gave us plenty of time to say our goodbyes afterwards. He was so patient, understanding and just such a calming influence. Never in a hurry or impatient. And when it was time to remove Tucker from our home Cameron did so in a respectful, honorable manner. We were deeply touched.
