Custom Closets was highly recommended to us to redesign our long, dark main clothes closet. The in-home evaluation, the visit to the showroom to fine-tune the plan, and the one-day installation were all extremely pleasant experiences. We have now had a primary closet, two other bedroom closets, and a hallway closet redone by The Custom Closet Company. Kyle did the design work. We are thrilled with the results. We went from wire shelving to beautiful closets with so much more space. So happy we chose this company.

we had a walk-in closet and entry shoe box designed by The Custom Closet Company. Our project turned out great! Everyone we worked with were polite and professional. We moved in before our house was finished but Mike made sure our closet was finished before we moved, even though I didn't expect it to be finished. The installers were very good. Our plumber was so impressed that he got the company name and number. There was one problem with a drawer and the installers stopped by to fix it. It took about five minutes. The product is high quality and the price is reasonable. I got a quote on line for a product I would have to install and it was more expensive. We are very pleased with the outstanding service we got from The Custom Closet Company!

Our new shelving and cabinetry were designed by Josh and greatly increased the functionality of our pantry, master walk-in, coat closet and craft room. Attached is a picture of the coat closet showing all of the added shelving for hats, cloves, etc. and a partial of the walk-in.

I had a great experience working with Custom Closet to help built out a new custom closet a master bedroom at my townhouse in Seattle that was recently damaged from a ceiling leaking due to home construction damage (the damage wasn't caused by them and it was not their fault!). Initially, there was a mix up in terms of my job request to them to build our a closet, but when the issue/problem happened, The Custom Closet Company owned up to it and really showed that they genuinely wanted to help my resolve my issues. All on-call contacts and e-mail communications I had with them were professional and they were prompt in providing honest answers regarding situation/timeframe of when the job could happen. What I liked was that the company was quite dependable. Once they understood the scope of work, you got the design, choices to pick/opportunities to provide feedback and select the options like colors/additional add-ons, and things generally flowed quite well. Unlike my experiences dealing with other contractors, they were pretty dependable and you could count on them holding up to their promises in terms of price estimates, timeframe of when the job could happen, and the duration of the job. Given how professional their company was from pretty much my interaction with all the individuals there (General manager, office lady who picks up the call and designer), I would definitely use them again when the next opportunities to remodel/custom make cabinets/closet/workspace at my townhome in Seattle in the future.

I've been using the company since many years now. Last month I did 5 closets (pantry, laundry room and 3 regular reach in closets) - bringing my total number of closets done with them to 11! Yes that's how much I love using them. I've always had Todd design my closets. He does so within a day or two - sends me the designs and quickly modifies them if I need some changes. Then after a few weeks the installation happens. The teams have always been great! My last installation was done within a day by a crew of 4 amazing installers. They ensured all details were done well, cleaned up too. And they also filled up the holes left behind when they removed the existing wire shelving. Very good company and very good pricing too!

We worked with Josh Musick on re-doing our pantry, taking out the wire shelving and installing shelves and drawers. He actively listened to what we were wanted to do with the space and provided suggestions and examples based on his experience in the field. When we received the plans to review, they were even better than we expected. He was able to expand on what we were wanting and what we initially thought was possible. He was responsive to our feedback and an agreement was come to quickly. Our project was considered a medium size project and install was scheduled two weeks out. Other bids we had received for the project, did come come in a little lower price, however the install schedules were 12-14 weeks out. The installation of the pantry which included the removal of the wire shelving, took about 2.5 hours. Every employee we interacted with conducted themselves in a professional and courteous manner. Overall this was a very positive experience and we look forward to utilizing The Custom Closet Company for future projects in the house.

I needed a custom closet done to best utilize the closet space so that it could be more than just a hanging rack in there. I called around 3 different companies to get quotes and Custom Closet immediately stood out. The other two companies are both a lot more expensive and couldn't get me installation till after 2 months time. No brainer I went with custom closet. They gave me the most reasonable quote that's exactly in my budget and was able to install within 3 weeks. Josh was my designer and he is extremely efficient and experienced. I learned that they are a local business and cabinets/drawers are made locally in woodinville. It just gave me more reasons to go with them. I had my installation yesterday and the crew was awesome and polite. They took care of wall patching and vacuumed the closet before they left. Clean, efficient and fast. Now I am super happy with my new closet space. I am definitely recommending them to my friends and family!
