Worst mechanic ever!! Service Department!! Definitely not recommended!! If you are planning to have your kia recall for anti theft here pls don't. I had my kia Sorento 2018 for a recall on May 2024 two days later my alarm when on so I could not start my car so I tow my car to the service department. They told me is gonna take weeks try to shut the alarm and have my car running. A month later they call me saying it cost 3000 to have their mechanic and other parts they needed to order to fix my car. Knowing my car does not have any problem?♀️ I had my car for 6 years and this is the first time my car was in there shop for too damn long only for anti theft problem and they cannot even fix it!!! And still have not have the work done for 3000!! I spoke to the manager he told me the technician will come fix it and It's been 5 months still the same answer. Just a warning ⚠️ for this kinda bullshit services mechanic cannot even fixed what they done for anti theft recall. They just want your money or having your car to trade in.

It took them 3 hrs beyond my scheduled time to start working on my vehicle. Then 30 min later, they told me they couldn't fix it and there is nothing they can do.

We appreciated the knowledge and friendliness of the sales team we worked with: James and Sam. This was the 7th or 8th dealership we visited in our car search and ultimately decided to purchase here as we were able to test drive the cars we were interested in without being rushed, our concerns were acknowledged, and there were many great options to choose from. Sunset offers a lifetime powertrain warranty and lifetime oil changes, so we felt like we were working with a dealership that values repeat business over short-term profit. If you’re in the market for a Kia (or Mitsubishi), skip the other local dealerships and get to Sunset!

Had to bring my Kia here for warranty stuff, they got it right in, early morning, and got it done in just a few hours. The original estimate was 6+ hours and they finished in just about 3 hours. Very good service from the people on the phone and in the shop as well!

Outstanding experience. Jordon was a top notch salesman and an absolute pleasure to work with. Professional, straightforward and efficient, it was nothing like the stereotypical car dealer experience. We definitely plan on returning in the future for additional purchases.

Austin (Sales person) was awesome to work with, no sales pressure, very knowledgeable about the kia line, explained the vehicle features and maintenance well. We would highly recommend this salesman and dealership.

I went to purchase a car on Sunday and the overall experience wasn’t the greatest to be honest. I felt pressured by Brady and he lied to me about the features on the car I got. I trusted he was telling the truth when I traded my car in and he told me they both had the same features. He failed to mention I had to pay a monthly fee with kia for that feature on my car and I only found this out because I have been doing research on the car.He told me he didn’t know how to operate it. I was upset the car wasn’t even cleaned right and the stickers haven’t been properly taken off and stick to the window. So much for a car feeling new.
The signing process was super rushed to get me out the door and in the car. I then came back to speak to the GM which of course he wasn’t there because I wanted to return the car after feeling pressured and lied to. They told me to come back the next day which I did not I wasn’t going to waste my time going back and taking time off work just so they could tell me I can’t return the car and have mine back. do you think he cared to even call to see why? Absolutely not. But I decided to keep it and have learned the car by myself which I should have had a run down on the car and the features but I didn't. I have never had such a terrible experience at a dealership before first time I didn’t go through my regular guy and this happens. SMH then when I try to call I also never get a return call so thanks KIA in auburn for one of the worst experiences.

Sunset Kia of Auburn has Amazing customer service and they take care of their customers.
I had a great experience with Sam as my car salesman and Tyler in Finance. I highly recommend buying a vehicle from them! They got my payments lowered and were great to me! I’ll be back to get another vehicle from them in the future.

I came in with a dozen reasons not to get a new car. They meticulously addressed every single one of them without once seeming pushy. And now I'm leaving in a brand new Kia Niro EV. Shout-out especially to James and Jordan. Very professional and straight forward. Would 100% recommend and come back again future.
