This car dealership I reported to the Better Business Bureau and State Attorney Office. Never buy anything from this dealership. I purchased a car that has so many problems that has cost me more than what I wanted to pay for. Mike was rude and vicious violent and with me as I was trying to explain what was wrong with the car. He told me I bought it as is and threatened me. I hope the dealership goes under it’s awful to be treated this way.

My daughter sold her 2012 Nissan because of minor issues, and perished an 2014 Ford edge from sunset she has made one payment and has spoke to the owner about check engine lights on... He diverts her to a mechanic near buy that doesn't answer. Today the vehicle won't run... She is a single mom that needed something reliable for her and her son.. I am beyond angry that she financed a 16,000 plus vehicle and has large payments and can't even get to work! Do not trust these people... Brian is the owner.

Bought a truck here 3 days later check engine light came on went back said they fixed it came back on later that day. Said they had to order the part never hear back from then.

My husband and I had a great experience with the purchase of a used 2015 Honda Civic with 46K miles. Mike is a personable, senior salesperson with integrity and customer service. He knows what the customer needs and is willing to help as much as he can. The biggest issue with going to a dealer you don't know, is trust - this value needs to be earned, and for that, it takes time, listening and communicating clearly what you can and cannot do. Mike earned my trust over the phone; he provided all the information I requested before I decided to drive 45 min from Kirkland to their car lot in Auburn. The transaction went very smoothly with the whole team - Mike, Tyler (kind and trusted sales back up person for Mike), Brian (company owner who greeted me with a smile), and DJ (Finance expert who handled the paperwork). For anyone purchasing a car out there, ask all your questions, line up your car inspection if you feel like you need one, and go in person to know who you're working with. We appreciate Sunset Cars of Auburn and wish you much success in your long standing business.

I had an excellent experience with all the people at Sunset of Auburn. We just bought a car from them yesterday. I was in desperate need of a second vehicle as my wife drives the only car we owned at the time. We have pretty bad credit and very little to put down on a new car. Yet somehow the incredible staff at sunset got me into a car I didn't even think was in my options. They were extremely knowledgeable, helpful, professional and honest with me.
