I've been working with South Sound Insurance for more than five years and they are wonderful. I used to work for Safeco Insurance, and that experience taught me that there's nothing like having an independent insurance agent at your side. Kim offers guidance, suggestions, advice, support and quick help every step of the way. She has great relationships with the providers, offers a great selection for quoting - and works hard to find the best coverage for the best price. I really appreciate this family-owned small insurance business based in Auburn, Washington!!

I have been working with South Sound Insurance for several years now. Kim Perry is the best she is helped me several issues for homeowners and auto. It’s so great to have a local insurance agent thank you review like you are family much better than dealing with a company that you call and have no idea where they are. A few years ago our Jeep was parked on the side road and a drunk driver hit it so hard that it flipped upside down and backwards! Thank God nobody was in it at the time. I called Kim immediately and she took over everything. We got our payment very quickly. More than a year later the Jeep was finally released from impound and even though we were not the owners anymore we got a $700 bill from the impound year. Kim called and dealt with that for me too. I recommend South Sound Insurance to everyone I know in fact just Friday I recommended my 16 year old nephew sign up with them.

Honestly the best service around. I'm a Realtor and I send all my clients there and if Kim and Chad can't get them the best deal they will be upfront and let them know. I personally have 3 vehicles, a boat and my house insured through South Sound and have for 16 years! I love being able to pick up the phone or drop them an email to ask questions about my coverage or anything else and they are always quick to respond. Zero complaints!!

I had a great experience with south sound insurance. First Chad answered the phone not a computer. Second he found me auto insurance for less than half the price of my previous policy. Very happy!

I use south sound ins and I have nothing but great things to say about them. I just paid off my 1st 6 month policy with high risk sr22 and this agency was the only one that not only found but took care of everything for me to be covered. I called around 15 different places and most wouldn't even try to help me after hearing my situation. Thank you SSI
