Purchase window privacy paint, it was white from the beginning but after dried out it became clear. Stuff was very friendly, helped me to find stuff i need and recommend proper brush and roller.

Great store, good location, fantastic service. Came here for some paint for work and was greeted by the manager I believe. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. All great traits in a paint store employee. I've phoned in orders as well, and they went smooth too. I'll definitely use this as my go to paint store in Auburn!

Customer service is much better here than in Maple Valley or Covington location, so I would rather drive 3 times the distance knowing they will actually try to help here and not give me a run around

Very helpful staff. Get your paint here! Forget home Depot and Lowes; every time I go to one of them the color is messed up or the sheen is wrong... Never again!

The customer service I received at this location was just flawless. I wish I knew his name (Samoan gentleman) was very helpful and made an everyday task feel like I was buying furniture. He took the time to go above and beyond to provide a very high level of customer service. Breath of fresh air for sure

Great knowledgeable staff. I brought some 2nd the best exterior paint for a trim last year. I was pressure washing the deck and I accidentally hit the trim I paint last year. No damage done and trim paint seems to be repelling the water. Great quality paint, worth the price. I just brought the deck paint and I can’t wait to see how it will turn out.

Sales associate, young I think Asian man was not friendly and was bothered when asked questions. I was only one in store and he handed me paint and didn’t offer help.,

I have never provided a paint chip to get a match for paint. My entire house is the same color throughout even the ceilings were painted this dusty blue color so it was important that the match be correct as I had purchased the house already painted, 6 years ago, and had no clue what color it is. SW provided an exact, faded, match to the color i provided and I was able to paint without having to repaint the ceilings. The match is so good I was having a problem telling where I had already painted. The sales clerk was very professional and I'm very impressed by her ability to match it completely. Thank goodness I don't have to repaint the entire ceiling and walls. Thanks Sherwin Williams Auburn, WA

Spent 30mins here constantly being interrupted by phone calls which the person checking us out kept answering. Something that should have taken 10 mins lasted a half hour. No one has the paint we needed but it should take that long to tell us that
