I can’t tell you how bad this place is. Do not let your insurance tell you that you have to use this. They got over on my wife…. Pretend you are taking your vehicle to a carnival and letting them do work on your vehicle. Needless to say it came out worse then when we went in.Zero stars.

The took apart my car didn't put it back together and wanted me to pay for what they weren't supposed to take off. Don't come here if refered they will rob you of your money for un nessisary work.

Do not let these people have your car. They do not communicate,So the whole situation started when my car was broken into. It’s a Kia and someone broke the window and tried to start my car, damaging the steering wheel and making it undrivable. I contacted my insurance company, USAA, and everything began great. They arranged for my car to be dropped off at the Service King in south Auburn. The tow company showed up and got my car over there.That is where things started to go poorly. The first problem was when they refused to look at my car without inspecting the full car. This is a common practice when a car has been in an accident but my insurance company would not allow them to search the car due to the fact it was vandalized not in an accident. They did not call me to communicate this. I discovered this fact when I called my insurance company to follow up and they told me.For the next three days, I try and call them, leaving messages with the person who picked up the phone and at least one on a message machine. I finally get ahold of someone and they tell me they won’t work on it till the inspection is done. Eventually, I had to take time off work, go down to the place and let them inspect it.Finally, they begin working on the car. They gave me a date for the car to be complete and come that day we have received no call, and no further information. So I contacted them and found out they hadn’t even started working on the car. Another week goes by and I call again. This was late August and we did not receive the car back for almost a month. When they finally do call us to pick it up, we are told the car has been done for days.I go pick up the car and literally on my way home from the shop my check engine light and oil lights go on. I attempt to call them to communicate and someone picks up. I tell them I’d like to talk to a manager and get this resolved and they tell me the manager will call me back. Another week goes by and no calls.This has become a trend. I call and speak with someone, but the manager is busy, I leave a message and no one calls me back. Eventually, I had enough and I took my car to the dealership as they just were not returning my calls. If you look at other reviews the manager has a tendency not to return calls.At some point in November, they called my wife’s phone. They tell her that we owe them money due to the fact the insurance company sent the check to me. I checked and they are correct. I’ve got the check from the Insurance company. So I called them and spoke to a person again. I tell them that I want to pay them but that I want to complain to a manager. Once again the manager was busy.I called back the next day and still the manager was busy. A week goes by and I get a call at 9 am from them. Due to my schedule, I was asleep and didn’t pick up. They did not leave a message. A couple of days later I called them again, and no one picked up. I leave them a message on their machine saying that I want to pay them, but I also want to speak with a manager. I informed them that I was available after noon every day and ask them to call me back.I still have not received a call from them and that was a week ago.I WANT TO PAY YOU! CALL ME BACK PLEASE!

Rude, disrespectful and no customer service. I went to get an estimate and got ZERO help. The Saturday worker/ manager or whatever his title was extremely rude. Posted hours were 9am-12pm but when I pulled up they looked closed and then the man turns on the lights and looks at me as if I am bothering him. He asked me “do you have an appointment” i said “no but i am looking to get an estimate on my car” without hesitation, he tells me “that ain’t gonna happen” then asked me what insurance company. When I told him I was paying out of pocket he immediately shoved me off and said he is not taking private money. I left and we to Auburn Valley Collision and was treat like a human being. Auburn Valley Collision cares about their customers whether private pay or insurance coverage, they treat you just the same with dignity and respect. I would recommend Auburn Valley Collision before I send any one to Crash Champions on A St in Auburn.

called about getting a estimate . was told come by before 1130 . i said OK be there 15min . arrived and was told since i'm paying myself and not a insurance claim they would not take it due to work load ? really don't understand money is money no matter who is paying . what does who is paying got to do with work load ? this is the 2nd time iv'e tried these guys with disappointment

Seems there is a obvious lack of communication skills and employee knowledge of their own policies in this particular shop, if they aren't going to fix something that was done by another shop, fine. But why except it in the first place, not only that. Not even try to work on any part of the vehicle, not previously touched by anyone else. They assured me that they would work with the insurance company to make adjustments to the estimates. I only learned this 2 weeks later that nothing was done to fix the vehicle because both companies are "waiting on the other" to make adjustments or corrections. I made the phone calls to clear up any friction and was assured once again that the shop would proceed to make repairs. Come to find out weeks later after making phone calls. Both insurance and the shop were still "waiting on the other" having been assured any friction between the two companies were cleared, clealy having been wrong. I called the shop once again only to be told that they will not be working on the vehicle at all after over a month of it sitting in there lot in the summer heat. With my frustration and lack of transparency with the company. I've decided to remove my vehicle due to their lack of integrity and urgency as well as lack of proper communication, urgency and tact from a employee (who was less than forthcoming and rude). Thankfully one of the employees there was extremely helpful and understanding, otherwise my disdain would be much more prominent. I really hope they get it together over there. This has been a real waste of everyone's time, money and effort. This shop alledegy been known to have confrontations from previous customers and dont do well with them, so take this into consideration if you choose to work with them.

I’ve had my car since June 13 have not called me once to let me know what’s going on every time I call I don’t get an answer or return call back the one time I talk to anybody all he could tell me was the parts that came in were damaged and they had to send one back. Still don’t have the car back And will no longer have a rental car as of July 12 need my car back so I can go to work someone please call me

My insurance told me to take my car here after being rear ended. Had to wait over 2 months before getting in the shop then had it for over a month. After the "repair" I had to bring it back 3 times to finish. After 6 months of"waiting by for backordered parts" I started talking to a dealership to trade in for a new vehicle. By then the spoiler had broken off and they"ordered" a new one. After multiple calls and finally just walking in they finally told me "they lost the parts". I ended up starting the trade in process and they told me and the dealership they wouldn't fix it because they only do warranty work for original owner. Worst shop I've ever dealt with. Austin the service writer doesn't care and Jesse the manager has no idea what he's doing

Im sure they do good work. But we the Neighbors have had to call the cops on them for noise complaints they're broken alarm system wakes all the neighbors up two different times and last Sunday it went from 5:00 in the morning till 9:00 at night really hard to enjoy life around the house. And they're noisy fans on the roofs all night long.

Service was far better than expected. Quick check in, great communication and repairs were done in the timeframe expected. They even did a light wash and vac before pick up.

Decent place, definitely fixed my car in less than a week.Which is way better than a previous experience with another shop.Car is now quiet and runs smoothly.

My recovered vehicle needed an insurance assessment and repairs. The team took care of my car as quickly as they could get parts and sent regular texts to keep me updated on the status of repairs which I appreciated.
