Cons: Very ghetto now. The police stays here. BUILDING K is literally INFESTED with ROACHES! Now you'll see roaches around the evening in the hallways, finding themselves into all the apartments as well no matter how clean you are.Everything breaks so easily.Pros: The dollar store. The maintenance workers are nice.

take care of your nerves, don’t go there. The staff is very unpleasant and deceiving. I really regretted coming here and wasting my time. I don’t recommend it in any way.

Junk including old back seat cat seats being left on porches as outdoor seating, trash piled up on trashy residents porches for weeks.

This place is a joke, I'm glad I got to see how management is before I even applied.I scheduled a tour for a 1-bedroom unit, there were several listed on their website (there still are as I write this). I showed up and they helped me 10 minutes late and said no units were ready for a tour and I was rescheduled for the next day.I showed up the next day a few minutes early, a different lady at the desk said "ok wait one moment" then went into the back while the one who rescheduled me asked why I was there and didn't bother helping.Waited around for 10 minutes and nobody talked to me. Then another lady walks by and asks if I've been helped then tells me no units are available and to reschedule for tomorrow. I told her they said the same thing yesterday and she said she would see.After 5 more minutes of waiting around with nobody helping me, I left without saying another word.

I have lived here for 10 yrs as of august 2022 the maintence mgr friend moved upstairs my apt an i have been harrassed with stalking assaults maintence breaking into my apt on a daily basis an robbing me of everything i own. There are coming in my apt an breaking things an not doibg repairs. My bathroom tub has be running hot water for 4 days an they are not fixing it. They have gone out of there way to tske every dime away from me. If you are thr owner of hnn then please call i will be filing a major law suit on your company

I was eating dinner at the taco shop next door to this complex (at the grocery store - fantastic food BTW)Because I’m in the industry, I drove through this complex - because I like to stay relevant. Needless to say, this place is an absolutely disgusting joke. Lease violations on almost every patio. Trash was everywhere, people were outside smoking weed, playing extremely loud music in their vehicles. Not to mention, expired vehicle registration, and inoperable vehicles parked all throughout the property. Management needs to do a better job at serving notices and holding residents/guests accountable for bad behavior/decisions.There are several great choices for affordable housing, unfortunately, this is not one of them.Do better HHN. I’ve heard good things about your company, but this property doesn’t hold true to word of mouth.

The tenants right above subway keep throwing food off their balcony landing on cars below ruining paint. coffee, raspberries, spit, only seem to be targeting white car parked there between 4-930pm. Watch out

I have lived here and for many years(12 yrs to be exact) it was a wonderful peaceful place to live. But in the past several years it's slowly but surely gotten so much worse! They're shootings all the time, it's dirty. Its extremly noisy and kids up all night screaming and just out of control. it's just terrible I don't know what has happened to this place but I wouldn't move here if I were you whoever is reading this. The only good thing is the maintenance guys and the cleaning ladies. They are A ++ in my book. They're awesome!I would move but i am stuck without transportation and I don't know enough people to help us. Also,I am on a year long lease.There's violence even during the day and it makes it scary to even take your garbage out to the dumpsters. I feel like a prisoner in my own home. Sad to say all this, it really is. Cuz like I said before it used to be an awesome place to live.One Last Thing Before I Forget is that cars get broken into and stolen a lot and the reason I forgot to mention that is because I don't own a car thankfully. Maybe we'll get new owners like we had before that will change this place for the better cuz we need it! We need peace and security! We deserve it.

This is the absolute worst joke of an apartment complex. Management lies straight to your face about rent pricing and maintenance. Pool has been broken since we moved in. No one cares if you are living in unsafe living conditions. Trash is scattered everywhere. There are loud rude neighbors and break ins. Abandoned cars in the parking lot. Children with machetes and BB guns walk around unsupervised. Fireworks going off at all hours. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO RENT AN APARTMENT HERE.

I wouldn't move in here . Parking is really hard. The apartment elevator is dirty I don't want to touch anything same with stair case plus in the hallways where the elevator are is food all kinds of things that shouldn't be. Do not move in there ! They suck all the way around. You will regret it when u spend the first 2 weeks there
