I read tons of 5 star reviews about this place and I almost thought it was their relatives and friends bombarding the reviews with fake praise, but then I went there. They are exactly what the compliments said, very very nice people, they explain what's going on with the car and what they're doing, and they are cheaper than ANY mechanic I've been to. They are AMAZING! AND ĶNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING!! I LOVE SAM'S!! Go, you won't regret it!

Great service and great prices. You can also bring your own oil if you want. It was only about $65 to get my oil changed for my Subaru WRX

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Not only did Sam’s do work at half the price I was quoted elsewhere, they were fast, honest and really helpful! I will only be taking my car here now

Was in desperate need of pads and rotors on my 2016 GMC canyon. They were able to get me in next day and was able to get me back on the road quickly, without hitting my wallet too hard. I’ll be using them for future repairs and maintenance. They work hard, are trustworthy, and are affordable. Thank you Sam’s!

I absolutely trust them with all my cars I’ve been going to them for 3 years now from engine replacement to an oil change. They even fixed an issue the dealership messed up and didn’t charge until two weeks later to make sure it was totally fixed. I never had to come back for them to redo anything. Their prices are great and they’re honest. Brother and sister team that I can trust and are very sweet. I highly recommend them to all my family and friends. I took my Subaru to this dealership after being quoted a ridiculous price by the nearby dealership and a different local mechanic. I am not a car guy (like I imagine a lot of people aren't) so it takes a lot of courage to try out a new mechanic. After visiting Sam Auto Works, I could not have been more impressed.To start, the communication was exceptional. Bea answered every question I had and was able to provide an accurate estimate for all possible repairs. Cesar even showed me a box of the replaced parts so we could see the reason it needed repair.Next, this is the most honest mechanic I have ever been to. They tell you what they see, areas of concern, and repairs that are needed but not critical. It truly feels like you are given complete control with what happens with your car unlike other mechanics/dealerships that try to upsell more repairs than needed.Lastly, the prices are unbeatable and extremely fair. Not much more needs to be said about them, you will not find a better place to go in that regard. Take it from someone who searched/called mechanics in the area for WEEKS gathering quotes.I would give this place 10 stars if I could. I even took my other car there to get some much needed repairs and felt completely comfortable trusting their judgement on what they saw/repaired.Thank you Bea and Cesar!!!! You guys are awesome.

I highly recommend this place for your car issues. He was recommended by a different auto shop coz they are fully booked. Sam and his team are amazing they do deserve a 5 star. I shop around when my 2003 blazer broke down, brought it to a mechanic in Kent and they kept it for 3 days and not able to fix it. Brought my car to Sams and the car was done on that same day at a very reasonable price. Thank you Sam and team.

Amazing place and amazing people. I got my breaks fixed with them on my lexus and it was a few hundred dollars cheaper than the lexus dealership. Also had a spark plug issue and she spent so much time with me, showed me the bad parts and didn't even charge me because a peice of the spark plug came loose and was lost so she wasn't sure if what we did would help. My car is driving amazing now, I feel like I got a brand new car. Im sure lexus dealership would've charged a few thousand for this. I trust these people and will take my parents car here, my car and my husband's. They know how to deal with a 2017 lexus nx better than the dealership itself.
