Very Bad experience I check in at 3:00 am my appointment was 6:45 am did not get any door and I go at 6:00 am and ask the lady about the door or what it’s delay for me so she was very rude young lady with glasses she don’t know how to talk to to the peoples and Morning time no manners at all I can’t believe how she got this job
Worse experience I will try never ever pick up load for this location ever . She need to go for training and the way she told me I am not working for you and not servant I was shock I was never rude or even say anything but she will learn the hard way how to talk to people I share the picture of the cabin she sits on last window now it’s 7:48 am July 24 , 2024

I will rate them with 5 stars . Easy to get in and out from their location . They have big parking lot , restrooms near guard check . I was running late for my delivery because of some issues at my truck , they gave me dock in the next 10 minutes. It only them 1 h to unload me . They stop receiving at 12.30 pm , so I suggest you guys if you will have any problems with your truck or trailer and the broker will change your app for another day continue driving, you might have chances to get unloaded

Please, do not go here, to PU the load, much worse deliver it,
They use 3rd party to unload the trucks, they take over 8-9hours to unload you.
They keep lying to you that they work on trailer, but you don't feel any movement in there, it is ridiculous that they are lying in your face.
TRUCKERS AVOID IT !!!! YOU WILL SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY !!!

Contrary to the other reviews. I have to say the staff here are very nice. The over night parking is plentiful. And there is a bathroom at the Safeway guard shack and several trucker lounges within the dock areas with bathrooms and vending. So people should write reviews so new comers know what to expect. We were in and out within 3hrs and the bumper fees was in the $200

I'm only giving this place 1 star, that's only because the parking was easy to maneuver. But the unloading times sucked. My appt. Was at 945am I checked in at 845 am. Waited until 10am for a door went to the assigned door and took forever for the unloading process, already paid the lumper. The lumper was a ridiculous amount. It's currently 3pm and still waiting for my bills. I don't ever wanna come back here.

Max. They take 3 hrs nd
•Big staging area overnight parking also
•Easy to back on door
•Check in guard shack
•Gud clean restroom
•Open 24hrs

Guys the girl in 460 was not rude at all. Miserable? Maybe, but not rude. It's your usual run of the mill times. Nothing too bad and nothing great outside of parking. I had a 645 appointment checked in at 545 got a door 745 and was out by 1030. I would've given more stars but your staff can make or break an experience.
