i first contacted Costco to learn about their Auto program and asked if Rairdon Nissan was in part of the program? and then reached out to Nissan. Sales manager Rafael contacted me right away. When I finally went to Nissan to view and test drive the cars I reviewed online. Rafael was very attentive , willing to assist and share his wealth knowledge. There are some salespeople who are very pushy and aggressive. He was not!!! Oh I forgot to mention this was my second purchase at this establishment and my 4th Nissan car purchase . What made me go back is the wonderful customer service whether you are purchasing a car or having your car serviced.

My car was having issues on and off starting for 4 days. I called this place; they told me they could squeeze in my car that same day and check it. I brought it; they checked the battery and the radiator and they were fine. They noticed the positive cable of the battery was corroded though and they replaced it right away. My car now is working great. Emily Wilson has excellent customer service skills; she explained everything to me regarding what tests were recomendable for my car and later on she let me know what the issue was and how much it would be to fix it. So glad I chose this place for my car. I will be back next time my car has issues. Keep up the great work!

I had a 3rd party insurance that not only did I have to deal with, but so did Reardon service department reardons were professional and had my back the whole time, your staff was professional and attentive to my needs as a customer, great customer services considering all they have had to deal with. I will be coming back for a trade in soon.

The technician jalan was super nice and friendly and made it possible for me to get out of there on time but I don’t appreciate making an appointment and then having to wait 2.5 hours when someone who was a walk-in was ahead of me what’s the point to making an appointment. Jalan’s customer service 5/5 but the other service 2.5/5

5 STARS...for Kahi who was the one who sold me a 2021 Nissan car, very kind and honest, also 5 STARS...for Mrs. Marisela who did all the paperwork for the car, very kind and understanding, and. 3 STARS.. for the dealer ship because the car I bought was missing the menu book. I told them before buying the car and they told me that they were going to get me a menu book and finally they told me that that was my problem and that I should buy one on Amazon ?

Dishonest, willing to sell cars that are damaged, not up on maintenance, mechanically unsound, and make bets on costumers credit scores ie make fun of customers. Wouldn’t buy another vehicle from them
Update. Right after buying the vehicle I had to take it in and replace 3 tires because they were damaged so bad on the sidewalls. 4 days after taking the vehicle home a b5 service light came on saying 640 days past due for service, contacted Mercedes, that’ll be another $1k on top of the $1k for tires. Shady dealership

Monica at Rairdon Nissan was great to work with, facilitating the timely repair of dash alerts on my, new to me, 2022 Kicks, ordering negotiated parts & keeping me notified of progress while I waited. Thanks Nissan mechanic, it was a joy drive my car away with no alerts.
2nd visit was with Aaron, he was amazing, went above & beyond teaching, fixing & very nice to talk with
Into Nissan to settle an issue with my broken windshield & calibration, Alex was very professional and kind in addressing the issues and gave great advise to rectify the problem. So grateful to him for saving me a ton of hassle

I called to see if Rairdon's could get my Kicks in for an oil change, and they said "Sure". Si I went down, and they estimated 2 hours, but they were finished in one.
I had some questions about my transmission, and they were able to answer all my concerns to my satisfaction.
