Had an awesome experience with Miles from Pro tow when my fiancés semi broke down in Auburn! He showed up faster than any other company we've used before went above and beyond to get him back on the road asap! I was worried I'd have to drive up with my toddler to get my fiancé or bring him a medical device he can't sleep without, and really didn't want to do that! But before I could even get ready to head out (just incase) Miles had showed up, went and got parts, came back and fixed it while my fiancé just waited in the cab! He didn't waste a mile and he made it home no later than he does on a bad traffic day and nobody was happier than our daughter! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

Terrible, they unlawfully entered my vehicle, and charged me an outrageous fee when my vehicle was impounded, based on something that didn't happen. I'm would give them no stars, the are ripping people off!

For starters they aren't running a tow truck service they are running a racket. Whatever you do after a wreck do not let them take possession of your vehicle. Let me explain the racket theory. Upon Profesional Towing taking possession of your vehicle after a wreck which in itself a traumatic situation that can leave a person with injuries to themselves and let alone their vehicle. Their racket is to charge outrageous amounts to get your car back from Profesional Towing just for them storing your vehicle there on the lot. Then if you need your car towed to your house in my case my house is less than ten miles away they charge 500 an outrageous amount again. Let me break down the charges for towing my vehicle that was in an accident less than ten miles away from their impound lot was close to 400 dollars. Mind you I was told if I arrived before 5pm there would be no more additional charges. I arrived at 4:30pm then I'm told I would be charged an additional 50 dollars for what reason they decided to charge more once I arrived only they know as I wasn't told the exact reason for the 50 increase. The vehicle was only in their possession less than 24 hours mind you. Then if I wanted it towed home again less than ten miles they wanted to charge an additional 500 and some odd dollars so that's close to over 900 to get the vehicle towed for a total of less then 15 miles yes I was told I was being charged for the round trip from the tow truck lot to my house then being charged for the miles from my house back to the tow yard. Wow Now there are two things going on here that are just disgusting and unethical business practices praying on people in uncompromising positions. People that have just experienced maybe sometime in the hospital behind the wreck alone with missing work due to the wreck itself because their car was their means to getting to work therefore causing a financial stress on any ones budget. So being in this vulnerable state of being in a wreck, time in the hospital, and time away from work Profesional Towing wants to take advantage of the situation ensuring that their charges are so outrageous you cannot even afford to get your vehicle back that's where the racket theory comes into play. They are trying to make it were you can't even afford to get your car back then by law they can take possession of your car and put it up for auction and solely pocket the proceeds from the sale of your vehicle. Wow. They are in the business of legally taking possession of cars due to wrecks or other in fractions when a person most vulnerable taking advantage of that and basically preying on victims of wrecks or other towing reasons. And now I can see why the place is set up like a small fort or prison. They know they are practicing disgusting and unethical business practices and we as so called customer's are going to get upset. If they were truly operating a fair and balanced business operation there would be no need for this kind of set up and also fencing with 10,000.00 volts of electricity going thru them. I'm sure that's not to keep the vehicles in the tow yard safe from theft and to assure your vehicle is totally safe. I'm done here with this review. Oh yeah by the way I was told I could have had the vehicle towed for 154 dollars from this online towing yard that was recommended. Bye Felicia nothing professional about this place than a professional legal racket.

I want to thank all the employees of this company for doing all the hard work they did on getting my trailer repaired. Jeff was the tow truck driver that came and picked my trailer up from the side of the road. Jay and Eugene pretty much had to rewire all the lights on my trailer. Everyone did a excellent job. Will highly recommend this company
