Carrie helped me during the difficult time following the loss of two of my cats. She was compassionate, professional & sensitive to my needs while assisting me both times. I recommend Precious Pets for anyone experiencing the loss of their fur baby.

I was so grateful to find Precious Pets in our time of need. Our cat got ill very suddenly and so we didnt really have time to plan in advance for end of life. It was very important to my daughter to keep her cat with her after he passed and cremation through the vet clinic was outrageously expensive. I found Precious Pets in a Google search and gave them a call. Carrie, the owner, answered my call and was extremely helpful. It was the day before a holiday weekend and she went out of her way to make arrangements for us. Not only did she met us after hours but did this the night before she was leaving for vacation. She helped my daughter make the arrangements she wanted without any pressure. Carrie helped make a very difficult situation bearable. If you find yourself needing to make arrangements for a sick or elderly pet I would highly recommend working with Precious Pets!

Today 1/11/2024 was the first interaction with Precious Pets. I am grateful for the compassion and kindness that I received when I reached out to locate our loved one. We lost our 18 year old Yoda Thanksgiving weekend. We understand that it was going to take a little longer to get our boy back home with all the holidays. We kept calling the Vet we dropped him off at. With no help. Finally we got the name and number of where he was sent to. Thank you universe for Precious Pets. Yoda was still with them. Safe! And we were given the opportunity to go get him directly from them. No more waiting. No more wondering. Today Yoda comes home. Again Thank you for everything.

I couldn’t be more happy! Greyson was my pet rooster, he got a cold then URI, i went here super nervous and unsure about the process, the owner was soooooo nice and fast which didn’t give me time to cry and that made me happy because I didn’t wanna cry in front of her, she was kind, understanding, empathetic, respectful etc. made the process super easy, i got his ashes today (11/16/2023) @2:32pm and as soon as she left i cried because everything she did was just perfect to me personally! I saw his foot print and just broke down, I’m never going to see him again. Thank you ??

We came here after one of our pets unexpectedly died and after doing our research and finding this was the only place with a rating higher than 2.3.When we brought him, they were very helpful and got us in the same day. We gave instructions of what we wanted to keep after his cremation, and when I picked him up two weeks later, I quickly realized that we didn’t get what we asked/paid for. I called the place immediately to ask, in case they had forgotten to put the additional items in our envelope and Carrie took it extremely lightly and just said “oops I miss understood, that’s my mistake” as she giggled repeatedly through the call as if it was funny. During the drop off, she took detailed notes and we even went over everything, not once, but twice. For them to not give us what was asked for was very disappointing, but the way she seemed careless and as if it wasn’t a big deal, was plain out rude and heartless. Before I could even finish my sentence, she hung up on me after saying there was nothing she could do now. I was also not allowed to go inside to pick up my baby’s ashes and belongings and was told to wait outside by my car. I was also told it would take about a week and I called to inquire on the status and was told she’d call me back by the end of day and I never got a call back. The whole process after dropping off was so unprofessional to say the least. I will not use their services in the future.These are the feathers we got vs the feathers we had asked for-which were a few tail ones and some of the more colorful ones from his wings. But instead we got some wing ones that don’t even show his true vivid colors which look more like the inner wing feathers.

The people who run Precious Pets are amazing. They help to make a sad and painful time easier to deal with. They show so much compassion and respect for your fur babies. I highly recommend them. You won't find anyone better to care for your beloved pets.

Reply to owner's comment: When we dropped Paulie off, we did specify which feathers we wanted. The first thing I said was TAIL feathers, and then some wing feathers with the bright colors if possible. What we went over was what was verbally said, not what you wrote down on your paper. When I got my copy, I did notice it just said "wants some feathers", but being that we did discuss which ones and confirmed it twice, I trusted that's what was gonna be done. As far as you giggling, cause I never said laughing at me, yes you were through the whole call. You were either nervous because you got called out and you even admitted to making that mistake yourself during our conversation on the phone and now you're backtracking or I'm not sure why, but you most definitely were. What I paid for is for the cremation and everything that comes with it, which is the keepsakes of your pet such as feathers in our case. Funny how now you want to pick and chose what's included. If it's not something that comes with what I'm paying for, then you're telling me I wouldn't even get any if you last minute decided not to because I'm "not paying for them"?? You sound ridiculous honestly. So yes, I didn't fully get what I paid for!! So I'm not making false accusations or lying about anything. I have no reason to as I'm not looking for refunds or compensation of any sort. Just want people to really know how your place works and what really happens through the whole process. That's what reviews were invented for. To help the public in their decision making. As far as the picking up goes, yes, I was originally scheduled at 3 and I kindly called to see if I could come sooner, but would've understood if you didn't have the time or were booked already and would've respected my 3 o'clock appointment, but you never said no. Nowhere in the paperwork, or your website or even verbally were we told how your pick up process works and that we'd have to wait outside. If you don't want people assuming, then be clear and honest from the start. And lastly, you did hang up on me because I was clearly still talking and had my phone up to my ear when it disconnected after you just said "well, there's nothing I can do now" and that was a

Very friendly and pleasant experience. From the first phone call to picking up our buddies ashes, Carrie has been amazing. She was 100% clear with the entire process and prices. She was helpful and worked with us every step of the way to ensure the proper care and handling of our cats loss. I felt safe and comfortable leaving our cat in her care. The prices were completely reasonable and I didn't leave feeling like I overpaid or was ripped off. I am grateful for the utmost empathy and compassion from this wonderful business. It's the hardest thing to deal with but it's better if you're doing business with people who care. Thank you for being so kind in this hard time in our lives.

Took our young cat who passed away to cancer here to be cremated. The owner was helpful, professional, and empathetic. We very much so appreciated her insistence in not trying to upsell us on anything while still providing options that we might appreciate. Also appreciated her significant use of labels and metal tags to ensure that nothing related to our cat got misplaced or lost.Only comments I have is that it can be a little hard to get a hold of her sometimes and her hours seem to fluctuate a bit, but ultimately this wasn't a big problem.

Carrie and her husband ( I am sorry I do not know his name) we're so caring and compassionate toward me and my big dog. They were gentle with him, I had some special requests and they didn't bat an eye. I am so grateful to have them help us on one of the worst days of my life. They made an unbearable time, a little more bearable.
