I recently had a wonderful shopping experience at the Polo store, thanks to Johnston G. He was incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful. His extensive knowledge of the store's inventory allowed him to guide me accurately to the items I was looking for. Johnston was able to quickly find the right size and color for me, and he patiently scanned items multiple times to confirm availability in the store. I truly appreciate his efforts and patience. Because of his exceptional service, I had a delightful shopping experience. Additionally, the store itself is well-stocked with a wide variety of sizes, styles, and colors. Thank you, Johnston, for making my visit so pleasant!

Sandy was super amazing and kind and helpful to me and my partner when we were looking for shirts and dresses for me. She made sure we knew about all the promos and helped us download the app .she also helped us sign up to become a member. I wasn’t profiled when I came into this particular store in auburn and I love that I was created and treated like any Costomer and a human now days it’s hard to find people that treat people kindly the Costomer service was definitely their. The staff on the day I came was very helpful and amazing to work with .❤️ We need more employees like sandy !!!? I will most definitely come back and shop with this store.

I went to this store couple days ago. Within 2 minutes two different sales associates jumped on me. Hi Hi Hi, morning?!, can I assist you? are you looking for something in particular? Did you know that you can OMG. LEAVE ME ALONE. I can't believe how annoying they were. I will never go back to that store.

Visited this store on March 22 around 2pm. I bought a fleece top for myself. I come to the register to pay and the lady who was helping is very nice. She tried to get my phone number and my email, still couldn’t find me on the system. I asks if my ID from the app works at all at this particular store in the outlet. She was not sure and called the blonde lady who has her hair up with an oversize claw clip and the first thing she asks me when I show her my Ralph Lauren ID “ thats someone else” since there is my name on top of the barcode. She does not even asks if it was under my name. She assume that it was not mine right away without asking. I am a paying customer and able to pay for my things, I dont know why she said that without thinking. I told her that its me and she does not apologize. She said “ oh it will not work on this store, you can give us your phone number and email” the register lady quickly tell her that she has my email and phon number already when she tried to search for my info in their system. The blonde lady just asked “ you do have american phone number right” I responded “ yes” and left . She was not apologetic at all. I dont know what kind of manager/ assistant manager or even a team lead that does not have manners or is she just racist? If she is a manager or assistant manager of the store since I saw her order the employees what to do. She need to have another training on how to treat an customers despite their races and what they look like. She has multiracial employees and I dont know why she treated me any differently than any other Canadians who buys clothes from this store.

There is a woman named "Key" who works at a polo store... She behaves so badly... I looked at her clothes and just left. It looks like she has a cast on her right foot... I don't know if it's her strength, but her behavior towards customers. I'm really angry. I don't know why they hire people like this to do their work. I work in the service industry... I come to this store often, but I never want to go again.

Beware that the pricing/sales are misleading and false advertisement.
It'll say 50% or whatever the sales is and won't actually apply to the items in that section, but nowhere on the signage specifies that in fine print like a lot of other places do.
I had to discuss this extensively with staff and manager David that this was not appropriate and that the sale should be honored
Disappointingly the manager argued with me in a contentious aggravating tone and demeanor, which I found was very unprofessional. As a manager he should know better how to work with customers. Not sure how he ascended to manager position with this approach.
District managers and overall higher leadership should pay attention to rectify the situation, as a form of constructive customer feedback. We'll see if this is actually addressed ever in the future.
Update: went back to the store to see another jacket and it was under the 50% rack with a red ticket and was told it was not 50% yet again.
It seems like they make stuff up on the fly whenever they want without any written.
Horrible business practice and customer.
