I went in today to get my CO2 filled for the keg. I am naive when it comes to this but my husband can’t get time off of work to go. The staff at this place are super helpful and friendly. They were full of great information! It’s hard to find a business with excellent service. I will definitely be a returning customer

You're not going to find a more knowledgeable staff, unbelievable inventory, and a company more dedicated to welding, than Pacific Welding. The people here (like Bob Henkel) are what put this place far ahead of any so-called competition. I've been a customer since the 1980s, and if you're a contractor, this is your place. If you're a DIYer and you're curious about learning to weld, don't try your luck at Lowe's or Home Depot, come here, this is your place too.

Rude Customer interaction. You feel like you’re bothering them. If I were the owner, I would not be happy. That one person who calls and asks for something they do not carry could be the one person who has a very sizable project and influence over large orders.I would take my business elsewhere if You value good business ethics.Central Welding Supply has better customer service ...... if that means anything.Good luck.

I purchased an Oxy Acetylene Flame Tech tip from PWS for school that was faulty and returned for an exchange with no issues, however upon arrival to class the new tip was also faulty. I contacted the manager who offered an upgraded tip at no additional cost to compensate for time lost in travel and fiddling with the darned thing in class.My thoughts on the issue are go with a Victor tip if it's in your budget. No price too high for quality and saftey.Thank you for the outstanding service and help resolving the issue.5 stars because the issue was the manufacturer, not the company. Nice store, well laid floor plan, good selection of tools.**Consumers: Buy quality equipment. Makes life easier, safer and is usually cheaper in the long run. ?

Stopped in to Pacific Welding Supplies very briefly for my husband. We needed the CO2 container for our kegerator refilled after it ran out. The place was very easy to find and the parking lot was big. There's an office across from the store, but the store is labeled clearly so there's no confusion. Employees were nice. I was in and out in about five minutes and it only cost $20 for a refill.

Whoever answers their phones needs some customer service training. I was treated rudely because of a bad phone connection. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
