I have been having issues with a PTZ camera not communicating with its controller for 10 weeks. Had been using RS232 to Ethernet adapters as per the manufacturer's instructions and nothing worked even after trying two different sets of adapters and two different CAT6 cables. I called Pacific Custom Cables and they set me up with a custom 90' RS232 cable for a reasonable price. It arrived one week later and works perfectly. Thank you so much!

The prices they have on their website are not accurate (most likely they would tell you that the actual price will be higher) and if you suggest them to change them. They would answer not in a very polite way for your suggestion. So might as well find another company.
