Terrible service. James Ogletree the manager was very rude. I went to get my battery charged and waited outside for an hour and a half. When I went back in he never charged it because it was a bad battery. I asked why he couldnt call me as you they call when its done. He just laughed at me and told me have a good day while rolling his eyes. I would have bought a new battery but not with that service. I got a new battery from across the street.

First time in this particular branch, and I was more than impressed. All the staff were knowledgeable friendly and courteous. Couldn't find one negative thing to say. They even helped me make all of my selections for car washing and car detailing while saving the money and getting me the things that give me the best value. I trust this store! Keep up the good work to everyone.
