We were testing driving a vehicle that had an engine light so took it over real quick to O'Reilly. We were greeted immediately upon entry by the staff and they promptly diagnosed for us. When the car decided not to start back up afterwards they helped again by attempting to jump it. They made a stressful situation less so by being positive and friendly. Go to this O'Reilly before even thinking of going to the nearest Auto Zone.

Terrible service. The manager is a joke. Asked to get my battery charged and they took my number as I just sat outside. Asked how long it would take and he said hour and a half maybe 2. I said I can do 1 hour. Came back in in an hour and he let me know its a bad battery. I asked why he didnt call and he just laughed at me and told me have a good day. Would have bought anew battery but not with that customer service. Went across the street to autozone and bought a brand new battery. Never going back to oriellys ever again.

Teller was super nice wish o would have got hos name he told me all about headlights and what was best for my car. Loved his customer service I told him I had just come from auto come who told me can’t help go to Amazon it’s cheaper Omg ? that’s why I prefer you all

This is my first opción for auto parts, they have people working for years many years make it easy to get what u need, but some items needs special order but we don’t have many opción locally besides Autozone, advance ,Napa, and on line stores

I had been in the Auto Parts business for more then 30 years before I got out. So based on my knowledge and knowhow, this store has Great service and helpful people working there. They have some knowledge behind the counter there. Now days that's hard to find. Must be some good leaders there, atleast it feels like it.

I've always had great luck with this O'Reilly store. The staff is great, full of practical, first hand knowledge that they're eager to share. The parts selection is always great and if things aren't in stock on the shelf they can be ordered and delivered in only a few hours.

The o’Reilly in Auburn is best they always willing to help you an friendly way also they have good prices compared to other places I don’t recommended the o,Reilly in orting they always more expensive and not friendly at all I guess because there bunch high school kids working in the Orting location
