“The store manager was very helpful in explaining the oil-change reasoning as far as mileage timing between services, why changing it out is better than merely adding a quart when it was both low and also very dark in color. He was quite personable and clear in his explanation. It didn't take long either. Thank you Shane.”

Quality: I've never gotten rotors from other shops for my 2012 Honda Odyssey that didn't warp after $12k miles until now (on my 4th set).
