We compared a lot of moving companies and a lot of hauling companies on many platforms: price, inclusion of an electrician, whether products would be recycled if possible, diversity of staff, diversity of ownership. We ended up deciding on Apex first for our office move. Choosing a company to do the breakdown and hauling took us a few weeks longer; but we decided on Apex again. We were very happy with the family who moved our office furniture, boxes and whiteboards to our new location. And they were the same ones who broke-down and hauled out everything we were not taking with us. We appreciated them removing our whiteboards from the walls in our old office; that was very important to us.They were great to work with, fantastic people.-Washington Health Alliance”

They have emergency tech support on weekends ( for a fee), but hey, they have it! Some businesses are 7 days a week and cannot wait for tech help over the weekend. “Had some trouble with our new Xerox 6515 we ordered via retailer. Contacted Xerox and they assigned QBSI to take a look. Field service technician Robert J with QBSI did an on-site evaluation and identified the problem. Robert ordered the required replacement and came back to us a few days later and did the service work.Robert was personable and professional. He also gave is a quick tutorial on the 6515 as well as giving is a few maintenance tips.Excellent experience.”
