I used to regularly go to Autozone, O’Reilly’s, & Advanced Auto Parts. Gosney NAPA is my favorite out of all of them and now my go-to place. Everyone who works there has been great to work with and their machines work. I’ve had issues at all of the other stores with either equipment malfunctioning that has taken 30+ minutes to fix or just unpleasant experiences with whoever was working there that day. I’ve had nothing but consistently great experiences at Gosney NAPA.

Unable to process a core return due to a different tax rate. Original purchase was made in the same state. No attempt was made, only directed to a corporate Napa to have them help me.

We had an intricate license plate holder that required special screws. We went to Napa AutoZone in Auburn and was helped by Quintin. After we purchased what we needed Quintin came out and helped us replace both of our license plate holders because we had new license plates. My husband is disabled, and it was extremely helpful and so appreciated. The thing that was most important is that Quintin was happy to do it. Excellent customer service. We will go back.
