We have used this place for various car issues when we've been in town visiting family. They have done a good job, got us in within a few days, and prices weren't outrageous.

They used old brake parts on my buddy's truck and told him they were new. He ended up redoing it less than 6 months later. LAME !!!!

Terry is great. My sins car broke down and he drove to where the car was n got it running. Many people from my work now go to him. He does a lit of free work if u are not a j**** Ive never had any problems. Terry has worked on 4 cars in my household.

I've been meaning to write this for some time now. I really feel as if I owe it to these guys down at Performance. My family brings our vehicles here PERIOD. Terry is a fair and honest guy and they do the best work and its always timely....On the cheap to boot! I'll never bring my truck anywhere else as long as these guys are around! Im just now getting to this review, about 6 fixes later, and Performance has done all of them... Not only on my truck of course, but my whole familys' vehicles. Just wanted to drop a thanks to Terry and the guys at Performance Auto Werks in Auburn, WA!

Terry was an honest man and you cant ask for more in a mechanic. Did a bang up job changing my water pump and timing belt in my Chevy Aveo and did it for a very reasonable price from what I was quoted elsewhere. Very glad I had the recommendation from a friend.

Never have I ever had such caring and honest service. Terry was like a big brother to me making sure I got a fair price on everything from the work to the car rental—even helping to negotiate that price himself! If I could refer everybody's car needs to come here I would. Simply amazing.

Performance Auto Werks is an awesome shop! Terry, owner, is an honest and straight forward guy. I've been taking vehicles to him for 15 years and I've always been taken care of. He is very trustworthy and fair!
