If I can give a 0 star I would. This store is a scam! if you don't want to get rip offs please stay away, terrible customer service, the lady up sell and push me to buy, her word was mean and disrespectful. Be caution all sales are final with no exchange , I tried some dresses has bad smell.

The lady and man that run this shop are so sweet, helpful and very professional. They helped me find a flower girl dress for my niece and the service the lady brings to customers is absolutely beautiful. My niece is a big girl for her age and when we went to shops in Tacoma, workers would emphasize that verbally in front of my niece which made her feel uncomfortable and was completely degrading. The owner or lady who works at Murasaki made my niece feel like an absolute princess and my niece lit up after the she laced up the dress and complimented her. If I could give them 100 stars I would. Their dresses are reasonably priced and their service is just top notch. Their shop is always very neat and organized. Dressing rooms were very clean and comfortable. Will forever be a customer here solely because of their service. Very professional and polite owners.

I was looking for a dress for my 3 year old birthday and to family trip. Glad that I found this place in Auburn Outlet Mall, my daughter loves the dresses and she wants to wear them everyday ! She received many compliments and I think they are very well made with reasonable price. The lady who helped us at the store was very patient and passionate.Definitely coming back for a dress myself to a event next month.

My sister picked out her dream dress 2 years ago and this weekend I found my dream dress in this same bridal store. The staffs are extremely kind, patient and knowledgeable. They really took their time to help me to find the right gown. I would highly recommend this store to any bride and bridal party. Thank you again for your wonderful services!
