Saved the day! After AAA made me wait 3 hours and then canceled the service call I called Pro-Tow. They gave a very reasonable quote were there in 45 minutes took my boat and trailer home and it cost me nearly $100 less than the quote!

Our RV had a major brake failure while coming through the region and Auburn MotorPlex were available off-hours which allowed us to have insurance drop the RV off in the middle of the weekend when everyone else was closed. Their labor rates are fair and Nick worked hard to get us the best pricing from their truck vendors rather than just buying the "RV" parts for considerable mark-up. I was able to get my brakes repaired and get back on the road for around the same cost it would have been to tow it back to Shelton.

This place is so unprofessional, very unpleasant place to deal with. Tech personal and management is very poor on customer service. Not knowing to resolve complicated matters in their mechanic service shope. Not recommend this shop for mechanical work on truck engines

Horrible.. went there a while back for a injector problem. (Was leaking) said they can fix it no problem.. they charged me $1000 for nothing.. they said they made the leaking stop but I had to have one of my injectors changed in the near future.. I picked up my truck is was leaking WAY MORE!! So literally paid them 1000 for absolutely nothing.. I ended up going to another shop that knew what they were doing and I had to pay a couple grand on top cause these guys messed up the injector housings.. smh ?♂️just save your time and money..

Warning this place is horrible, do not use, they charged us over $700 to change a belt, shop was less then 10 miles away. they ended up putting old belt on, because they didn't take a new belt, probably would of charged us more if they had installed a new belt.

Took my rig in for a service and repair. Took nearly two months to complete the job. (A clutch, belts, and fluids) However it was completed and runs great. The staff kept in touch with me throughout the process. What upset me was, upon returning home I noticed some cosmetic damage to my front end, from what looked like one of the lifts. I immediately reached out to the guy who I'd been in contact with at the shop, bringing this to his attention. I received no further correspondence. This disappointed me, because they did do the legwork to find my parts and get me back on the road, but this experience would leave anyone with a sour taste in their mouth. Keep in mind, I never asked for money for damages or even repair. I simply wanted to address it, should an issue arise in the future.
