Absolutely horrible, kicked out of two different lines. Only 3 registers open. About 5 deft checkout registers. Don't even bother taking the time to come here. Honestly never has been worth it. Ran absolutely horribly.

Filthy. Profits before employees or customers. Arrogant customer base of non English speaking. Plain and simple one big confusing mess about as poorly managed as possible. Long lines where your coxed into self checkout - hey wait a minute Walmart didn't offer you a discount to ring yourself out and bad BUT they have superior surveillance in self check out to be sure you scan each and every item otherwise you will be detained when leaving. Run away!

I don't know why the Seahawks aren't looking here for a new running back. If these employees can dodge defenders the way they dodge customers, it's a guaranteed Super Bowl. When you are able to pin one down, they are polite. Just the amount of effort it takes to get help is frustrating.

My first time shopping at this location and it is very busy. I didn't go through the entire store, but only the grocery side. The self check out line is very long and the checks out lane with a cashier was long too. They don't have many lanes open. The gas pump line was long too, but was cheap. That's probably the reason.

Walmart has gotten the last money they will from me. I went to do some grocery shopping and loaded up $250.00 worth of goods. Unbeknownst to me, Walmart no longer offers plastic, paper or any other bags but the cloth ones they sell. Period. I could either leave without the groceries, or buy the bags they have. I agreed to buy the bags...... Only to then find out....they also no longer bag your groceries for you At All. So Walmart has bravely ventured in to the final retail frontier.... One without any customer service at all. I'm done. I don't mind bringing bags if necessary, I appreciate the ecological impact. BUT, I retired after 46 years of working.... I sure as heck am not going to work for Walmart......... They have no appreciation for their customers or their customers hard earned money. I have always enjoyed supporting local businesses and now will concentrate much more on that. Boycott Walmart..... They clearly don't want customers !

After a very bad time at Walgreens the pharmacy here was very kind and was on the phone on hold for over 2 hours trying to get medications transferred will be returning love them

i've been frequenting Walmarts all over the Seattle outskirts to look at summer clearance and I've been noticing that none of the locations have scan machines anymore and then when you bring things to the register it's never the price that they say on the tag. Walmart should do better to be certain the prices are reflecting what they really are. If we don't take a photo or get approved by somebody then we don't get the price that it is on clearance! I come home each time and find that i've paid more for several items than I should have!! Walmart do better, you're a huge cooperation.

The guy with blonde hair and glasses in electronics needs to chill out. I told him I needed some ink and he asked which one and I specifically said BLACK INK 67. He went and got me colored ink 67XL. Then I told him it wasn't the right one and he got a big Attitude and told me Well there isn't any other one. I then told him I just saw it. It's $15. He got upset with me over a mistake he made. He was rude af from the start. Definitely steering clear from this Walmart.

Place sucks 30 people just standing around. 0 customer service. Waited 45 mins for formula. Then left with nothing and no help. Extremely pathetic.

As much as the news and Biden and Dr. Fauci say " Everyone needs to get the Covid 19 vaccination now!!" I guess Walmart did not get the news. I finally get my kids gathered up and the pharmacy says, "NO MORE VACCINATIONS!!" I could not believe Walmart would not give us vaccinations. I called earlier and was told no appointments necessary , Walk ins welcome!. Then a couple of white males were sitting in the waiting area roped off waiting to get their vaccinations..... so now we know why their is such a disparity in minorities receiving their Covid 19 vaccinations. Walmart get with times!!!!

Does anyone even work there! Tried calling several times I can't get through, or they hang up on me. Just trying to make sure I'm getting help with the item I'm picking up weighing 170 pounds . I purchased online for pick up and they sent me a message to come into the store. Also I'm supposed to click on the link that takes me know where. mom writing this on behalf of my daughter. i personally won't shop Walmart unless I have too. employees never acknowledge you and nobody knows were any things at. it's really too bad.

Funny how this store can put 15 people out stocking shelves and one or two people in a cash line then they say they can't get change well Albertsons and Safeway have no problem now they want to charge for a bag but plenty of paper bags everywhere else no charge this store is so mismanaged people almost getting into fights cause this place no chicken no carts no bs

I just came from this Walmart where I bought $45 worth of groceries. It took me thirty-six minutes to do my shopping; it took me forty-eight minutes to get through the cashier line. I know this because I checked the time with the intention of writing this review when I got home after I had my normal shopping experience. This IS normal. I have NEVER spent more time shopping than I do checking out. The only reason it took thirty-six minutes to shop was because I was waiting for a manager on two separate occasions. Once at the deli where the employee charged me the wrong price per pound, and the other at the pharmacy where I was also overcharged. As I waited at the deli, a manager walked by and the employee tried to get her attn. She either didn't hear her or ignored her so I caught up to her and said, "Excu..." that's as far as I got. She replied, "Nope" and walked off. I hope Federal Way Walmart is better because after a year of this one - I am done.
