I went to the mall today. Purchased some items. I just wanted to say the customer service was excellent! The SA was very helpful and professional. Just as good as the Luis vuitton store. Went to Coach afterwards and their customer service was none. Hats off to Michael Kors. Will definitely be back.

I love the bag I purchased except the clerk didn't take off the security tag I got back to our hotel and found it so I cut it off and threw it away
