I recently shopped at MW (Auburn Outlet). Salesperson Benny was knowledgeable and helpful in assisting me find “just the right suit.” I will definitely return again for future purchases.

About 9 years ago. I was talked into buying a sport coat color and style here that I really didn't want. It was the only one in stock that fit. The sales person said it was just coming into style. It never did and I have never have gone back.

Not my first time at Men’s warehouse but definitely will be last or atleast this store . I bet thrift store will have more collection and options than this store….. Reps are undertrained and no inventory, and please stop blaming Covid for not having merchandise because I have seen stores loaded.

We're a first-time customer. 2 of my sons and I got fitted at this location for a wedding in San Diego. One of the helpers suggested we pick up our suits in San Diego for convenience which we did. A few days before we leave for SD, I got an email saying my tux was ready for pickup at the Auburn location. If we have left not knowing my tux was delivered in Auburn, that would have been a disaster.My kids' suits was delivered in SD but one of my kids' suit don't even fit him well and the SD branch couldn't help us at that point being the wedding was the next day. Thank God for JCPenney. We were able to find a suit set for my son that was on 50% sale and paid for the entire set for $60 and it looked better than what we have rented. And also, the helper in SD told us that we're going to get refunded for all the trouble, of course and I didn't believe it. I knew it was a tactic to make us feel better; never saw a refund. First time customer, bad experience. What was your slogan again? - "I guarantee you, you're gonna like the way you look" My Calvin Klein tux looked cheap. I could have probably got a better suit at a local tailoring which I should have done. Never again.

In order to get your sales in, you have to really sell the customer and provide a great experience. Advocate for the customer not just give me the cookie cutter response everytime your asked questions.My brother asked to clarify your terms and conditions for renting a tux. Your employee told my brother something along the lines of “The concept is to pay a $20 deposit for the tux for the order to be put in.” Why would we deposit for the tux when we don’t know the total cost of everything because your system is down. We’re not here to blindly put a deposit fee down just for the sake of getting it done. If the system came back online and we cancelled the order, you would just keep the $20 for the cancellation fee. Instead of just saying, come back later when the system is up, you wait for us to ask questions and not take the initiative to really listen to what we’re trying to do. Wasting our time, employees standing around doing nothing or walking around acting like their busy, it’s a joke. Work on your customer service.

I was shown two jackets, sleeves were puckered. Cheap. I was told Thayer was the best they had to offer. I remember when you could buy s decent suit from MW. Those frauds are obviously long gone.

Simply, the store is amazing. Why you might ask? Because of their staffing. I don't love shopping for clothes, but Savannah helped me pick out a beautiful outfit for an upcoming wedding. She was engaging and attentive to my needs, and I had fun trying out her different suggestions. Steve was friendly and engaging as well. The experience was a great one, because of the people who were working.Corporate take note - hire more folks like these two.Grant
