Great customer service. She is easy to talk to makes u feel comfortable. Doesn't try shoung things at u that u are not looking for. She keeps u updated with deliveries. I will definitely come back here.So glad to see the same person at the shop. Another great experience I was in and out with my box spring in 15 minutes. Thanks again

I went to Mattress City to try a mattress out. I met Rebecca and I can truly say how wonderful she is. Rebecca is straight forward, honest, answered my questions, listened AND understood what I was looking for in a mattress. More importantly, no high pressure sales tactics, just good friendly hometown vibe. I made my decision to get my new mattress and Rebecca was just the very best from start to finish! Excellent prices, 5 star service with a genuine smile! The very best!!! Thank you Rebecca!I highly recommend her if you are looking for a new bed, and want to try before you buy! Rebecca listens to your needs and helps identify the best mattress for the best price. This was our second experience with her and 4th with the mattress store in Auburn. We highly recommend checking here first or at least as comparison for your mattress needs. We will keep returning as needed.

Walked in looking for a bed I found on the internet so see how comfy it would be. I was directed to another mattress (cheaper in price) and oh my, Game Changer indeed! I laid on the bed as I would at home as we chatted about life, an hour later, we came back to the reason for me coming in...a bed!Thank you Rebecca for your time, conversation, and educating me on the different types of mattresses.I'm going to enjoy my new purchase!!William.

Truly a 5 star experience. A real family owned business that cares about their customers. Rebecca was AMAZING!!! She had us try different beds and LISTENED to what we were looking for. She certainly knows what she is talking about and was a no pressure purchasing experience. On top of that, she worked with us to get our mattress at a time that worked with our availability. Would 10/10 recommend this establishment. We will be telling our family and friends and will be going back when we need our next mattress.

We had a great experience with Rebecca at Mattress City in Auburn. She was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about the differences in mattress types and box springs. We bought a box spring but will probably go for a mattress too with the new info she provided. Learned a lot. I recommend them and especially her. Rebecca is delightful.

We had a great experience at Mattress City. The sales manager was very helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy like most mattress stores. I actually came in looking to try the Puffy matress since it was listed on the website. They didn't have the Puffy at that location but they did have a fantastic mattress for our 7 year old. She kept ending up laying on it while I tried out various mattresses. It was the only one they had left and so they sold it to us at a reasonable price. My daughter has been sleeping on the mattress for just over a week now and she absolutely loves it! Thanks Mattress City!
