Very nice place! The staffs are all very patient and can speak some English which was very helpful? did some gel nails with a reference picture and was replicated amazingly with detail. Will definitely come again!

My sister and I decided to treat ourselves to a surprise gift on our first afternoon in the city. Auburn is beautiful and the staff are polite and welcoming. I had a 1 hour hot stone foot massage and it was amazing after the long flights into the city. I highly recommend asking for Magic Nails

To top it all off my nails lasted so long. I have never, ever had such high quality, long lasting polish. It was amazing. The only bad thing is not being able to go every month to get my nails done. Whether you are a local or a tourist. You must stop by here.

Happy and he was real fast and professional about my full set short white tip and very great customer service and these guys been here since I got back to Washington in 2010. Highly recommend here Magic Nails very good work and clean restroom

I came here to do my nails for a wedding in town. Magic Nails did such an amazing, clean job. Not only was her work beautiful but she is extremely kind and great to chat with during your session! Highly recommend!

I would have rated this place ZERO. Do not get any services here !!!! They do not sanitize any tools. There are 3 people running this place, 2 women & 1 guy. The guy always rushes the job, and do not know what he is doing. I had deep powder manicure. A lady will start the cleaning, then pass it on to the guy. He twisted my left thumb clockwise twisting all of my arm and drilled the area under my thumb., when he could have turned my left thumb counterclockwise. Then I felt an enormous pain under my thumb. A few seconds later my left thumb is bleeding. They want fast money for a sloppy & unsanitized job. They charge the same as every well managed & sanitized nail salon, SO WHY GO HERE WHEN YOU CAN GET A BETTER JOB ELSEWHERE FOR THE SAME PRICE !!!!!

Terrible service. Daughter asked for deluxe pedicure and got regular (poor!) service. She also got a horrible manicure - they argued with us when we told them and showed them that polish was already cracking / peeling after sitting under nail lights to let polish dry. Ended up having polish removed. I had a "deluxe" pedicure, which wasn't very good. The tech ran the hot stones on my legs twice...barely gave a massage. And, nail tech cut my toe, which is very sore now. We were there with other people getting nails done for a wedding. One of our friends had a manicure and the tech cut her finger and also did a horrible job with the polish. Nail techs were extremely rude and almost yelled at us because I called them out on their crappy service. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY GOING HERE.

I had two pictures that I showed him. Can you do this? Yes! Do I need a new set? No I can do it. Are you sure? Yes! Okay I said you're the professional. When it was done on one hand I said this doesn't look anything like the pictures that you assured me you can do. His reply .... Well I would have had to use power. I said well then why didn't you say so as I told you I wanted the look of the pictures. I would have agreed to the power. You assured me you could do the look. You never said anything about power. He's like okay I can take it all off and redo it. NO I was on the verge of tears. I told them to go ahead and finish what they had started so I could go home. This is the second time he has done me this way. I won't be back.
