I stopped here (Auburn location) to figure out a cable system for my dog in the car (he will chew through ANYTHING!).
Jay was an amazing help! He thought outside the box, and walked me through the assembly, in-order for me to come up with a safe option.

I have beeen going to this shop for 11 years for all my home projects and more,( i.e. Christmas. There is way too much to list here. I am a veteran and love decor and more
). I am a veteran and love that they gave us reserved parking and we get a store discount. The staff are very nice and can point you to what you need. they will also cut your lumber, help with gardening projects. i am moving this week and I hope i can find another Lowe's near my new home.

Saturday went to buy a screen door. Got help, Wrong door ?,Sunday returned and bought a 2nd ??. G Asked for 36 x 80. Got home, 36 x79. Wrong ?AGAIN! Monday no EXCHANGE ( WE WILL PUT IT ON YOUR CARD.) 240$ DOLLARS AND NO ?.How Embarrassing 3 days 4 no ? with 4,000 worth of Lowes Tools. Thanks for no exchange ??

We ordered carpet thru lowes for our first family home. They came and installed the carpet and it was the wrong carpet. Lowes don't care about they customers because they aren't willing to do anything for us. We ordered a gray carpet and they put a white cream looking carpet in. We are suppose to be moving into house this weekend. We paid $4000 something for the carpet and they are only willing to offer us 200 to keep this carpet or wait another few weeks to get the correct carpet installed. I told them we are planning on spending over $10,000 more at there store for hardwood floors and lanolin and they still didn't care about me. So I'm putting this on there page so hopefully all there other customers will be aware of what a business lowes is and how they don't care about there customers. This is turning into a nightmare on ordering this from them. I have it on recording with them saying it's there fault. I asked if they will move our furniture when they put the other carpet in because we are moving in this weekend and they said they aren't moving our furniture. I know for a fact we will not be going thru them to get the hardwood floors from them. And I will make sure that I tell as many people as I can to get the word out what they are doing to us.

Huge parking lot with multiple entrances. If you drive large trucks with trailers or RV Campers then it is really convienent. Commercial loading is really quick too. Right off 167 and right beside Fred Meyer.

One of the main reason I prefer shopping here is because they have a Sizzle Dogs hot dog stand and that makes it a one stop shop for me and my team, they always provide service with a smail and their dogs are bomb.
We love CONVENIENCE and saving time.

Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I almost left my cart there to shop somewhere else. The first guy was condescending and the second person didn't even speak. Not happy.

Looks like I've waited too long to leave a review using the code on my receipt. Jen at the self-checkout on 5/8/24 at 2:54PM went above and beyond! She was awesome.....very friendly, helpful, and helped us out with our transaction. Definitely made me want to visit the store again.

This was my first time visiting this Lowes. I went to get cut copies of my house keys. But since it was my first time, I didn't know where to go. The place seemed very empty for such a big store which is fine but when I asked a self checkout employee in a red vest where I needed to go. The young girl seemed to ignore me at first and she seemed like she didn't want to bother with me. And she reluctantly pointed me toward aisle 17 and told me there should be a bunch of employees there to assist me. I went to aisle 17 and there was no sign of an employee anywhere. I waited several minutes before returning to the self checkout area and the girl again, seemed to give a bad attitude and just told me to wait while she calls an employee for me. Now, the employee who helped cut my keys was amazing, great customer service and very friendly. 3 stars for that gentleman. I took away 2 stars for that particular rude self checkout girl. She had an attitude problem because at the end of the day, its customer service. I don't think I asked for anything difficult. Will not be coming back to this Lowes again. Home depot you've got yourself another customer.

Google Maps: How was Lowe's?
Me: We went in to get sodas but they didn't have any Coke products. We settled for Dr Pepper. Otherwise fine.? =^..^=
Today we went in to look into growing bell peppers. No pepper plants but the staff person was able to answer my questions and looked up what she didn't know. We determined that it's too late for bell peppers this year. ? =^..^=
Update - They had Coke products this time. ? I took my sister's wheelchair in to replace a lost hex nut. The nuts they had were not the right size for the bolt (one size was too small and the next size was too big).? So I got a new bolt as well. Got a spare for each and it still cost under $2. ? =^..^=

Asked for help and was told sure turned around and the 3 employees that were in the area were gone 20 minutes later I had to go and find somebody and they couldn’t help with what I needed got fed up and left
