It is a typical big box store. There was hardly anyone on a rainy Sunday evening. Picked up a couple of items. The store staff were helpful for the most part. They offer only self-checkout which is ok if there are only a couple of folks in the line. Might order online and then pick up in the store going forward.

I found that it's easier to order something online and have it waiting for you in their lockboxes rather than trying to find help or getting someone to get it for you. It seems no one that works there gives a hoot about customer service. It's like they get bothered every day and hate their jobs.

Was upsold on product that was more than I needed, and told to ask about a discount based on it's roughed up condition.Got treated like a lying beggar when I asked about a discount at the front.No sale.

HOTDOG STAND ONLY!!!!! The only reason I come to this horrible place is for the hotdog stand upfront. They make a fantastic hotdog. I don't go in...just for the dogs. It's pricey but good.

I like them better than home Depot. The staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately they struggle to keep good employees like a lot of companies right now

When I went to Lowe's Home Improvement to buy lights for my house, I had a good experience. The store provided a large assortment of bulbs, and the staff was pleasant and helpful in guiding me to the correct ones. The rates were reasonable, and the checkout process was quick and easy.

We were happy and excited to replace our old tired washer and dryer. We generally like shopping at Lowes. We had no reason to shop or go elsewhere. We spent a lot of money on our washer and dryer. We asked a lot of questions in order to cover every anticipated problem (e.g., 3-prong or 4-prong electrical cord?) We were told by the Lowes customer service folks that we would be able to keep the bottom drawers and that the new appliances would be installed on top of the drawers. Wrong!! The CONTRACT (not Lowes employees) delivery personnel driving Lowes delivery trucks refused to place the appliances on top of the drawers because it is against their policy. I paid for this delivery!!! Did the customer service representatives lie? Were they misinformed? Beware.

Date: April 20, I don't usually do this but I had to stop my car and spend time to write this review because I am completely appalled by the amount of rudeness and disrespect I received from the representative who was behind customer service desk. Whoever you are I called 5:02pm and you asked me what I needed. I said I'm calling to check a product if your store carry's it... you said you need the item number with a demanding tone... I said I don't know the item number, could you check through a referencing system... even if you couldn't check with the product name you could've explained to me what the process is as to why you couldn't take just the name of the product. Then you went on by saying... "I need the item number I can't do anything without it..." in the event your system doesn't work for some reason, would you still be able to do your work ?? I went on by saying "can you give me a sec while I try to look for the number"...you replied with "why don't you call back when you find it"... I said no I waited for almost 15mins for someone to pick up just to give me a rude answer... then you mockingly said... "oh cool"!! Is that what we are doing now? please stick to the professional side, don't try to be "cool" over the phone cause I'm sure it's not part of your customer service policy!! Irazzz!

Lowe's was pretty awesome once you find somebody that works in that department and knows what they're talking about it can be a pleasant experience. Jarred is the man Great guy great conversation great knowledge of the product. I wish there were 10 of him when I am trying to do business
