Been coming here since I was born. Staff are always attentive and want what is best for you. Staff are also prompt on getting you in at your appointment time, atmosphere is inviting.

Dont know if I can do this here, but just to keep things in perspective, in my 40 years as a hairdresser, our 1 star rating person is the only one ever told to leave. We are not perfect, and we try to be very accommodating, but we have no tolerance for mean, rude people looking for a free haircut

Just went to Left of Center for the first time and the first time I've written a yelp review. The place was decorated with all kinds of fun stuff and everyone there seems really nice and friendly. Nancy was my stylist and she was wonderful! I just went in to get my ends trimmed ( my hair is lower back length ) and to talk over possible shoulder length. Nancy had lot of great ideas after we discussed how my hair behaves and past styles I've had and liked. Overall it was a wonderful experience =)

The gal that did my hair acted like she knew what she was doing WRONG , SHe butchered my hair she assumed because I havent had it cut in 2-months because my stylist retired,so I went out searching for a good stylist. What I got was a "Butcher ". COMPLAINED ABOUT THE LOUSEY CUT & THE MAN CUTTING HAIR KICKED ME OUT, TRUTH HURTS.TAKE MY ADVICE AND STAY AWAY FROM " LEFT OF CENTER" STYLIST NAME "NANCY KUSTOM KUTS" She Presumed I wanted it cut that short😉

Great place to get your hair done, even if you're not entirely sure what you want. Jana or Mark have been cutting my hair for years. They did my hair for homecomings and prom then many years later for my wedding and wedding party. Take a picture in your dress and they can help you find hairstyles to match your dress. I've moved out of Auburn but only come back to here. Their salon is whimsically decorated if you're looking for a new salon this is a great place.

Ive been going to Left of Center since 2006.
I get my hair relaxed by doing the Japanese straightener perm.
Mark always does such an amazing job!
He'll work with you to to achieve the hairstyle you've always wanted. Or he suggests some pretty cool things to do with your hair.
I absolutely love the energy of this salon. The environment is truly unique. Tons of things to look at while you're getting your hair done.
Mark and Jana have truly done an amazing job! Keep it up!
