Not a great experience.
Requested style: Asked for an ombre nail design they had examples of with a flower design. They gave me full color with a flower but it was ugly, misshapen and the sparkle wasn’t even centered. The more I look at it the less I like it…
Cleanliness: The lady who did my pedicure was fine and they rinsed the foot bath so it wasn’t unsanitary but the guy was too quick and left a mess while doing my nails.
Stylist: Guy stylist there was not good. He was nice enough but I did not like his work. Rushed through the acrylics, burned me slightly from going so fast with the file, didn’t even dust off the nail dust before applying the acrylics, I asked for a design that they advertised but he gave me something completely different, didn’t even fix the flower design. It was lopsided and he didn’t clean up the acrylic shavings off the nails, just painted over them. Overall very disappointed.

My husband and I come here from time to time for pedicures. It is always a relaxing time for us to spend together. Today was such an enjoyable visit. They were busy but not crazy and the staff was really relaxed and friendly today. My tech offered to paint a flower for me. I took her up on it and am so happy with the result - such a simple yet delicate and beautiful design.Services: Foot massages

PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME \\u0026 MONEY! This place is ran by the rudest, unprofessional “nail techs.” They don’t care for their customers and will definitely let you know by the way the speak to you when you have a simple question. They have no respect and are MEAN! They rush through appointments making your nails look horrendous. This place should be shut down. We do not need nail salon’s in Lake Land Hills that treat our community so horrible.

Horrible communication. Called to see if they could take two walk ins and they said yes. I was debating between a mani and pedi and decided to get a pedi instead. Only two workers there and the guy failed to communicate to me he couldn’t do pedi. Had I known I would’ve opted for the mani. He had me sit down at the pedi station and I was under assumption I’d be getting my toes done next to my sister. 15 mins later someone else walks in and he does her nails and that’s when I found out he wasn’t doing mine. It’s no wonder the other two nail salons are booked yet this one was empty when we walked in. Poor customer service, and worse off he could care less. Did not say sorry for the miscommunication. I will never return here even for a last minute urgent need.

I called and asked for a mani and color change on my toes. After my toes got colored the lady took off. I asked who was doing my manicure and he said you didn't ask for one. I said yes when I called and made an appt. He didn't want to admit he took on too many clients and there were two people working. So instead argued with me. I said I get the same thing each time. He argued again saying no I don't yet I have been going there for 7 plus years. He seemed grumpy and I'm annoyed so I will just go somewhere else like it seems like it has gone down hill.Services: Pedicure

Today I got the super deluxe pedicure. I will never be able to go back to the regular spa version. It was awesome!! Highly recommended!!

I really love this nail salon. The staff here are very warm and welcoming. They do an amazing job of painting my nails and getting a smooth finish covering the entire nail. The foot massage includes hot rocks which is such a nice treat.

AWFUL! I usually give nail salons a chance espically if i have not been to certain one. I got a full aryclic set which i have had many times before in my life. Very painful when the male nail tech was filing down and buffing my nails, there is extra arylic left on the undersides, usually before they finish they trim all that away, the paint job is so sloppy, my nails are uneven. I did not say anything to the tech because i know it would not have made a difference. I paid 25- and i guess you get what you pay for. NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN
