These guys are great, Jakob was a lifesaver.My Mom's fridge went out and I wasn't able to be there to replace it for her.I called Jakob and he took care of everything for a very reasonable price.My Mom is happy and so am I.I highly recommend purchasing your next appliance from L & L Appliance Inc.

Had my washing machine repaired here, picked up, fixed, delivered. I only paid $75 for everything. It's working great and has been for a couple years now. I dont know if I would purchase anything from here, not really much to choose from. Mostly just a repair shop.

This place is a true mom and pop small business. That’s a compliment! They have used refrigerators and washers & dryers. I got a late 1990s (?) refrigerator (it’s from the era of kitchen appliances before stainless steel) with ice maker for $200! It’s a wonderful machine! And L&L delivered and installed it for $40! The business property might look a little messy on the outside, but I think it’s because they deal in parts, and they need to take appliances apart to get parts.The owner has a strip of photos down each wall of all his kids growing up—baseball team, soccer team, birthday parties, graduations. It’s beautiful and touching. I’ll bet he’s a good dad.

Called left name and number no response after a bit called Palmas they had inventory and delivery way cheaper then this guy offered. He said they had no used dryers and would call me monday. no call. I called no answer. So Palmas better deal. Lots of inventory too. Polite too.

my name is frank and ive drove by this place almost everyday on my way to and from work for the last 5 years and never once stoped until now. i have been having a lot of issues with a washer that i had and i had 3 different guys come and look at and nothing each time and i stoped in here to see what they had to say and surprisingly i explained it to him and the man named lee knew right away what my issue was so i left my washer there and he had it fixed in a very reasonable time and at a reasonable price! i am proud to say they deserve 5 stars

I should've checked the reviews before purchasing from this guy. I was looking on Craigslist and found and advertisement for refrigerators and stoves. Stopped by his dump of a place in auburn. He actually had some nice cleaned up stuff inside. I chose a refrigerator and oven. Paid 575.00 with delivery included. When he arrives the following day I noticed the refrigerator on his truck was not the one I picked out. I confront him nicely thinking maybe the order was accidentally switched. He immediately gets really defensive and starts cursing at me. I was like wow sir. Why would i lie about the refrigerator in picked out? He gets really loud and irate. I ask him to calm down and say why dont you just refund me minus the delivery fee? He tell me "**** you buddy your not getting a dime from me"! I go to lock my gate and call the police. He revs his engine and tells me hell run my a** over. Which he attempted to do. I jumped out the way and he speed off down the street. I tried calling him but he blocked my number. I went back to his location in auburn. He points at some appliances in his driveway and says "get your s*** off my property" "your not getting a dime from me". The cops come and say its a civil matter file a small claims against him. So thats what i will do. This guy pulls a switch a roo. Shows you a nice appliance all clean inside his place but shows up with some dented crap you didnt even order. Who does that? Buyer beware! Ill buy new from now on. Not worth the hassle.
