The Asian man and women who were working there were very helpful since I've never had a suit before and needed it for prom, they were fast and it looked great. They also had my shoe size (7) which was nice as it's really hard to find dress shoes when you have small feet as a guy.

Jay is a cool guy. Good selection at similar prices that you'd pay elsewhere, but with personalized service. Keep I'm mind that he is closed on Mondays and Tuesday and closes an hour before the rest of the mall. He has these hours because he is there every minute the shop is open and he needs a break like everyone else. ?

terrible service! Absolutely no respect for customers.we really wanted to buy a suit, and found what we wanted, but the rude attitude is shocking. The seller hurried us and was rude at every turn.we were with two sons, I had to explain to the children what it was ... it was real discrimination, because there was another buyers in the store and the seller was polite with them.and although the suit was really good, I'm sure that I would be their regular customer and would bring many of my friends there for their costumes if a normal attitude towards people.this salesman ruined my whole day.

I love J's Formal wear. I bought a suit for dance for my best friend son its such a joyful to work with the owner and his wife. They were funny and eager to help. Thank you for making it easier to find the suit.

Wouldn’t let me return unworn shoes after purchasing 5 days prior. They sold me the wrong size. Spent $500 here and am so disappointed.

Rude customer service. we were trying on shoes and a employee yelled at us to make sure to put the shoes back in the box when we had them in the box.
