We booked multiple loads with Cheryl, trying to help with deliveries that she was not able to handle. After we delivered everything, she didn't want to approve our rates, expecting to cut them in half. After multiple requests, she asked us to invoice her direct customer but we weren't given any information. I would stay far away from this company.

Amazing people here. Great staff and a wonderful experience all around, solid team with excellent drivers with best in class service. Professional and clean. All drivers show up on time and ready. Highly recommend them to anyone out there trying to get their freight delivered in a timely and professional manner.

It was my first time importing, and JC Logistics performed an excellent job. I paid, and they took care of everything else. They went above and above, answering all of my queries at all hours of the day and night and handling everything. This is one firm where you simply pay and relax while they take care of the rest. I couldn't have done it without them, and they were really helpful. This is the place to go if you need anything imported... thank you again for everything.

JC Logistics assisted me throughout the full process of importing products into the United States. Prices were quite cheap, and he was really professional. We never imported anything from anywhere. But, JC Logistics were very helpful all the way with importing books that were printed in China for us! Now we are working on another much bigger project and again called them for help - this time it's an even larger order of goods to be shipped overseas-and they've got what it takes too (can't wait)!

Everyone who requires assistance with customs clearance should contact these wonderful guys. They completed everything so quickly and flawlessly. It was my first time dealing with a large purchase from China, and I'm no longer terrified or bewildered since I know who can assist me with all of the paperwork. Furthermore, they provide significantly lower pricing than other brokers.
