Xfinity/Comcast, you actually suck, but at the least you have great service. At the highest level would be Jennifer Washington who after, me, speaking with 37 different people didn’t give up on me and like an angel behind a grayish, white topped counter, even after I left the store, continues working on my 1st ? world ? internet problem actually got me up and running!!!!
20,000,000 ✨ stars ⭐️ for Jennifer!!!!!! If you had more people like this and or communicated with your customers in regards to a lot of things it wouldn’t leave people wasting 7+ hours of their life and losing 10 days of service which… (where is the credit for that??), paying for services never used or asked for, that were a year old, and were magically (so you think on your end) cancelled but no, you only cancelled my phone service a year ago.
So we will be talking about the $400+ I paid you for nothing. Nadda. Zero 0️⃣. I would like my money back, The only reason I paid it is because I would never get to a resolution with my service back on if I didn’t and now we’re here it’s time to figure that out. And that’s not Jennifer’s problem it’s yours.

“This store has always been best. They just had a guy come in while all associates were busy. One guy said we will be with you in a moment, then while I was speaking to someone this guy started waving his hands and then yelled at everyone about how their customer service sucks. They responded and told him they were busy and it was first come, that he had to wait.he then stated something rude to the workers and left. This store has 5 employees and had 8 customers. They were all doing the best they could. Hope the manager in this store understands how well their staff handled themselves today.”
